For me when I took the bicep away from the arm the ball joint stayed with the bicep it’s stuck there in the bicep now so o have to get another one

you can use hot water or a blow dryer to loosen the plastic and then pull it out.

Those wrist parts are soooo much easier to take out if you dip the arms in very hot water first.
