You will have to open the image, right click on the image and select "Copy Image link" . This link needs to be used.
Can I use local photos from folder not from url?
Is there any functionality to enable the slicers sync to visuals in the dashboard?

I mean, in the report we pin few visuals to dashboard. So I need the visuals in the dashboard to be dynamic based on the selection of report slicers. Or else is there anyway to add slicers in the dashboard? How can we filter the data in the dashboard? Filtered data only user should be able to export.
So could you please let me know if this can be achieved?

But does this visual work when you publish to PBI Service? I'm asking this because the new card visual wasn't working in PBI Service the last time I implemented it in a report. I don't want to have a similar situation where I start using a feature that doesn't publish correctly.
