This is one of the best looking builds I’ve seen man. Congrats. I have a XR600r i would love to turn into something like this. It’s a project that someone else started and I think I would like to finish it into something similar to yours
Bonjour, merci !
Hi, I reduced the fork length just by cutting the internal spacer (metal cylinder inside the fork legs) and putting the cut part below the spring. It is a well know technic to reduce the hight without cutting anything inside. For the rear, just rebuild the entire rear buckle lower and changed the fuel tank by a smaller one (from Honda 125). Here is the magic ! 😁✌️
Hi, this is a 17” wheel from another bike, no idea which one was it. I’d to redesign the spacers to make sure the wheel stays centered and the disc / calipers are aligned. I’ve mounted a R1 disc on the wheel that was perfectly fitting in dimension and fixation distance.
Hi, I’ve rebuilt the support on the frame to fit the tank close to the seat (I think you see it on the video) and moved down the 2 side supports. The back light is integrated into the rear tube. It is an LED soft bar glued with expansive foam. You can by such parts online but be careful if you weld it, you’re gonna burn the light.

I just took about 20 screenshots of this for my project!
Enjoy and post it when finished!

@@spicyridegarage3750 Have you got the reference of the tank , please !
If my memory is correct, it’s a Yamaha 125 GN tank.
@@spicyridegarage3750 merci pour votre réponse !!!
Do you the weight of that bike?
Hi, more or less 120 KG. Super light !
@@spicyridegarage3750 That's great!
What airfilter you have on that carburetor?
Hi, it is a basic filter bought on eBay. No particular brand. I was looking for a long one to occupy the space behind the carburetor. Works very well
Awesome looks good, what size jet in the carb?
Where is my vomit bag?
I don't like this style, enduro is the best of bikes, it's my opinion
As long as you’ve 2 wheels and an engine between the legs, it is OK for me 😁
