The space
The initial published rate is inclusive for 15 guests and includes the availability of two (2) Pool Villas. The maximum capacity of the property can accommodate up to 25 guests.
If the number of guests exceeds 15, additional charges will be applied as follows:
*For 16-20 guests, there will be an additional fee of Php5,000 per night, with Villas 1 and 2 available.
*For 21-25 guests, there will be an additional fee of Php10,000 per night, with Villas 1, 2, and 3 available.
