Vicente Baamonde has been serving as Director for the American Red Cross International Services US Programs since July 2022. He previously worked as Manager for the Restoring Family Links National Team, Process
Improvement Lead, and Americas Caseworker & Outreach Coordinator. Over his Red Cross tenure, Vicente has been deployed several times to support disasters including early efforts for undocumented children along the southern border. He was part of the 2020 LEAD Cohort. Prior to joining the Red Cross, Vicente worked as a Naval Architect at a shipyard in Spain.
