PBFIT is basically de- fatted peanut butter and I’m here for it! Personally I almost never use regular peanut butter anymore. It’s very easy to eat tons of calories for a small amount of volume. But if your goal is weight GAIN, then regular peanut butter is amazing for that! For me, that’s not my journey😉That’s why I’m loving this PB Fit and it also tastes better than PB2 in my opinion. What do you think- have you tried it?
I guess it wasn’t that remarkable in the smoothie if you can’t remember that you opened it 😆. Thanks for the review. I’ve been wondering about this product for at least a year .
In case you don't have PB2 where you live or it is too expensive, just use peanut flour. It's way cheaper and is the same. Here’s a simple way to do it: **Ingredients:** - Peanut flour: The base ingredient, providing the peanut flavor and protein. - Powdered sweetener: Adjust to taste. Options include a low-calorie sweetener like stevia. - Salt: To enhance the flavor. **Instructions:** 1. Mix the Ingredients: Combine peanut flour with the desired amount of powdered sweetener and a pinch of salt. Start with a small amount of sweetener and salt, then adjust to taste. 2. Store: Store the dry mixture in an airtight container. 3. Reconstitute: When ready to use, mix the dry mixture with water. Start with a ratio of about 2 parts powder to 1 part water, adjusting for the desired consistency. **Example Recipe:** - 1 cup peanut flour - 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (adjust to taste) - 1/4 teaspoon salt Combine the ingredients and store them. When ready to use, mix 2 tablespoons of the dry mixture with about 1 tablespoon of water, adjusting as needed for your preferred consistency.
My question is.... 2 tablespoons of POWDER is the stated macros. However, it takes 6 tablespoons of powder to yield 2 finished tablespoons of peanut butter. How is this any better than actual peanut butter? The macros are the same.
The macros aren't the same, PBFit looks to be more % protein. 100g of generic peanut butter tends to get you something like 640cals / 30g protein. 100g of PBfit would get you 443 cals / 49g protein. So for about 2/3 of the calories you get an extra 1/3 of the protein.

Hahaaaa 🤣 I’ve had similar ones like PB2 in the past and hated that so I thought all peanut butter powders weren’t good… but this one surprised me! 👍🏽
Throw it in a smoothie or some yogurt for that PB flavor without a buttload of calories. And a nice protein boost as an added benefit.
Eating BPB powder in morning after lunch eating hall ice cream bucket 😂
Over here watching this video and wondering what color of nail polish you have on 💅
Hahaha ohhh that was a good look wasn’t it? It’s teal 😃
