Nice coins , and old relic finds Ian . I would have Loved to find that 1,900 year old Trumpet Brooch , but I would even have settled for that 500 year old pot leg . Just don't have anything here older than 300 years .

Hi Ian, not a bad little hunt mate, I must be learning fast, as soon as you pulled the object out of the ground, I said Roman brooch, so I gave myself a blue peter badge..lol that was a cracking Roman silver Stu found, really nice, well 10 days since op knee not to bad, but I'm missing getting out, I found myself looking at next doors window box, wondering whether to detect it or not.....LOL anyway take care mate GL & HH Tom
