quick note - HP spenders on Holy are about 2% overall buff to HPS. It will most likely still get outhealed by a FoL with infusion. All this buff did was at least make it okay to use WoG and not wait for 2 stacks of dawn and waste up to 25% of our HoPo generated.
Honestly, what I think HPal needs is a new skill that that lets you generate more Holy Power, well, more like "recycle" HP. Like:
Passive: Every time you cast a 3 Holy Spender skill, this skill gets one charge (up to 3 max.).
Active (channeling): Consume a charge every 0.33s, creating a pulse from each Beacon active that heals all allies in 10y for X (not too much, like 10-20k at most or something). Each pulse will grant 1 HP. 15-30s cooldown.
This would let you quickly fill HP in order to sneak in a new skill while also provide some quick burst AoE healing compared to LoD which is pretty bad at this point (unless you're in raid). This skill would synergize insanely with Beacon of Virtue for m+ and I think that would make the hpal reputation increase once again.

I feel like reverse the nerf of healing of rsham at the beginning of s4 would be great because I'm still confused about this nerf while rsham hps is not insane at all
Usually resto shamans get nutty at the end of expansions with the stats.
Yeah from what I've heard they're hard to keep under control. But honestly, season 4 is the perfect time to let them run loose
What they need to do for TWW for shaman is to actually do a rework and move talents around like they did for every class which is ridiculous they still haven’t touched that class and they will be in beta soon.

Still not enough. They need to buff spenders by 70% or make them zero mana cost. An infused flash will heal for more and no mana vs either spender. My personal opinion get rid of holy power, put lod back on a 7 sec cd, give us back the hot for wog. Caster pally should feel good but atm with hpower it doesn’t work. You can basically top meters with just virtue shock and flash. Never use a spender unless your on the move.

WoG/LoD buff is barely anything. WoG and Holy shock needs something like a 40% buff to actually compete with the other healers spells (which is essentially the amount they buffed them a season ago).
Presevoker needs either more mobility or more range.
Hpriest needs atleast 1 more defensive,even if its a little weaker than the others healers
Yeah I agree, the buffs still aren't enough, but it shows that they are listening to what is wrong with the class right now!

Holy shock just heals less than a rdruid hot tick
@@simonbegoode8721 Regrowth with tier set, Serenity (which can be spammble with Tier set), Vivify with EnvMist/Chi Harmony and Living Flame with Tier set all heal around x2 more than WoG as well.
Retri paladin word of glory heals more than holy paladin… enough said

healer balance is in the worst state ever tbh ... having only resto druid into the keys is what they shouldnt make for 2 season in a row but whatever ... holypaladin buff is deserverd but needs a rework anyway and evoker buff well redesign that class isnt workin in pug enviorement and delete augumentation if u want evokers to be able to chose
I think last season was fairly balanced with Resto/MW/dpriest being meta-able.
