I would like to get this done. How hard is it to replace the battery once all of this is installed? It’s not like there is a ton of room in the battery compartment to begin with.
I tried running wires through the corrugated tube from front and back, and hit a place that I can't get it through. Any suggestions? Its like there's a sharp 90 degree turn that the wires won't feed through.
Good video, thanks. Questions on the accessory fuse box kit components, though. (1) the fuse box (block) is 6 circuit, without negative buss. Is it rated at 100 amps (for block), 30 amps per circuit? Or something else? (2) the relay - I see from the video it's a Cole Hersee. I assume it's a normally open (NO), single pole single throw (SPST) type relay with a continuous duty rating of XX amps. From Cole Hersee site, the relays like this are either 65 amp or 85 amp or 200 amp continuous rating. Which is it (what p/n)? I want to buy the accessory fuse box kit for my 2017 Pro-FX, and am planning on putting a winch on it also. BUT - if I go with a Warm Provantage 4500 or 4500-S, at full load rating (4500 lbs) it draws 318 amps, 10 seconds (as per Warn). If the fuse box (block) is 100 amps, makes sense to me that the relay should also be at least 100 amps. I have tried without success to find any kind of relay performance curves for Cole Hersee 85 amp/200 amp relays (time in seconds on y-axis, load amps on x-axis). Can you confirm that the Cole Hersee relay that comes with the kit can handle over 300 amps for XX seconds?
The fuse box input terminal is rated for a 100A max and the output terminals are rated for 30A max. With that said the fuse box has six fuse positions for which the max amp we have for our genuine accessories is 10A. If six electrical accessories are installed the fuse box kit is maxed out at 60A which is really all the Mule Pro can support. While the fuse box kit can technically accept higher amp items I would not recommend to load it past 60A max due to vehicle charging limitations.
Hi I have a 2018 mule pro fxt ranch edition. It says you neex this fuse box if you plan to install a warn pro vantage winch. Mine already has a winch, but I dont see a fuse box installed. Do I still need to install one if I want to install a sound bar?. Many thanks.

Awesome video!!!! Very informative, with great detail.
What do I do when the factory installed winch is taking up all the room in the battery compartment?
The corrugated tube that you run the wires through is this also on the 2017 pro fxt

How about a video on the Kawasaki Vulcans with the dual charging system? 2 rectifiers and 2 stators, what were they thinking?
It's definitely a unique design. I'll see if I can get my hands on one.

That would be great! I know of a few in nice shape that have issues that need fixing.
I have a 2016 mule pro fxt and can not find the corrugated tube. It is possible the earlier ones didn't have it? Thanks in advance.
It is possible that earlier units did not have the wire tubing.

Any answers on the relay? I am also curious about the current rating of this specific unit.
Are you going to do a video on the 2019 teryx4?
What is the brown striped wire under the dash for?
It is a signal wire from the ignition on to energize the solenoid
So, let me be sure I understand, that corrugated tube is empty? It’s a chase for any wiring?
The link for the fuse box parts brings me to the brush guard....... doh!

I would recommend it.
@@PartzillaParts where would you install the relay then? The winch stuff is mounted right where the bracket is that you have the relay on
I have power that comes up to the front bus no fuse box. Dealer installed winishield wipers, washer fliud, winch was all on. I have the Ranch edition.
