Thanks for making this and the CX7 one. I see these 2 planes as an amazing value, and thanks to David Thatcher and Glenn for bringing them to life.
@@orbitalair2103 Thank you for watching and also engaging here!
Another great video! Love seeing home builders
More to come! Thank you for watching and SUBSCRIBING! I really appreciate your time and support!
Very smart, sensible looking aircraft.
Great looking plane
It has a Classic Look doesn't it? Thank you for watching. I really appreciate you!
Cant really tell this has tandem seating just looking from the outside. Very neat plane.
Agreed. It is more like +1 from the outside. Sort of like one of those Mustang Aircraft I suppose. Get that SLING built will yah?! ;-)
Yes, tandem with tons of room for two big/tall guys. A genuine two place plane. Fun!!
@@glenbradley3912 That's intriguing, definitely something that is lacking in my Sonex. Will have to sit in one of these someday.
Plenty of room for two big tall guys pro sit comfortably
GlenB
great channel and Glen make a wonderfull job, congratulations
Great Vid! Thanks for putting this together. Ya get my vote!
Great looking airplane. He's a big guy, so it must be roomy too.
Exactly! I sat in it as well and was surprised of the amount of room there is. Thank you for watching!
YEP, I am 3X and I fit with another big guy in the back no problem....even in the hot summer. This is a GENUINE two-place airplane.
Nice plane
I took the link to the page with the edge guide tool.
Those would be a must have! Especially for the price.
Good stuff.
I LIKE IT!
Nice plane. I haven't seen one since the 4. I like a two seat tandem. The engine set up sounds interesting. I wish you offered a kit. Not sure my skill set or shop is up to a scratch build. Great plane! Thanks.
Except for the fact that it's largely scratch built ( I realize some parts are available) this would be my choice for a project. The scratch building makes it more intimidating. I'd love to paint it with an Art Scholl super chipmunk paint scheme since it's fuse reminds me of it.
Who is that beautiful demonstration model? :) lol.. yeah I know who it is... she should be in more vids! Make it 116K subs..
I believe that is one of the "Line Gals" out there in the Pensacola FL area. Glen obviously trying to show the fitment of the Tandem Seating in the CX5. Always helpful to have a side-kick in aviation for sure! Thanks for returning to watch and support. I appreciate you!
Under 30. I like.
Can we buy the kit? or plans? I would like to build a taildragger though.
You're allowed to do more than one take. It's ok.
Which shot are we critiquing? (Taking Note) Again...Thank you for watching!
Experimental Aircraft Channel any of the takes wherein you stumble on what you're saying. (Several times in just the first couple minutes. ) Everybody stumbles. Just do another take and deal with it in editing.
On the standing shot of the plane owner, do him a favor and shoot from a lower position.
Wouldn't that give you a perspective of up his nose? (Taking notes). Thank you for watching!
Experimental Aircraft Channel not really, but it would help take the stoop out of his shoulders. I'm not talking about shooting from knee or waist height. I'm suggesting a place about 10 inches below his chin.
Also, for a guy with a less than glamorous physique (most of us) it can be a good shot to use a chair.
Do you need a pilots license to drive this thing ?
