My mum uses ISL and I grew up using a version that she made up, a lot of things are same but a lot aren't. When one of her friends didn't understood what exactly I was saying, I thought it's me who did something wrong. But my mum explained that she uses her own slang when talking to us at home, the way she used to when she was a little girl. Ever since then I've been determined to learn standardizes ISL, and I'm so glad to have found this channel!

And then after watching 2-3 videos i saw your video and realised that ISL is different from ASL. But i feel that ASL seems easy with minimum gestures and emotions.
But it was really fun learning ISL with you. I memorized alphabets, numbers and these basic words .thanks pragya , i really appreciate your work.

(I am not associated with any of these, I am not an expert.)
