- Alumnus of the Voices of South Africa International Opera singing Competition sings Una furtiva lagrima in London as part of the Drake Calleja Trust who financially and artistically support talented young musicians studying in the UK. We thank the trust for his support and for this beautifully done video.

A BGT 2024 video popped up and made me look a bit further. This is so much better than the over-produced TV show. Nkululeko Innocent Masuku is a rare talent who shouldn't be needing BGT to get noticed. BGT where they create a narrative as if someone can only succeed through a talent show. The boy from South Africa who was living off his fiancé and was asked not to sing opera and only performed at a birthday party and a meeting. Most people see through the BGT-BS and here’s the proof. A well-educated and accomplished tenor singer who deserves a place on the major stages far away from the likes of Simon Cowell.

He is a goddamn professional singer, he fooled me in BGT, I thought he was a farmer or something like that, the guy is better than Pavarotti.
I'm here after just watching the BGT performance. Stunning as it was, I still thought to see if there was more of him. BGT likes to present folk as they they're just ordinary folk who happen to have this thing, this talent... This guy is a professional. He's good.
