I'm from Belgium. I think that flemish Dutch is the most spoken language in Belgium, but not in Brussels. Only a little part speaks German. But... as D. Trump ever said, Brussels is a hellhole, and he's damn right. Don't over-romantize this. There are multiple no-go zones where even ! The police ! is to afraid to enter these zones! Bruges is definately more beautiful, romantic, and SAFE! However, Belgium was a good country to live in, when I was about 20. Now, 40 years later, the beautiful life here is over, we just need another 10 years to realize it, that everything will be broken, taxes the highest in the world, woke, corruption, etc... That's why I look at your channel guys! The best in its kind!!! And the most amusing ☺️🥰. For all these reasons I'm looking bit by bit if I can find a place in Italy to live or at least be there a long time of the year. I love the italian country, the Italians themselves (la gente e molto sympathica). So there is still hope at my 60...

No town water. That would be tough. I lived for years on tanks and it's always a prob. Might be good water streams in the area. Hope so.

@@bozotheclown935 are”tanks” in Australia something you have to get filled? When we don’t have town water in the states you usually dig down for a well 😊 We have seen wells in listing for homes in Italy, not tanks… yet. Hope you’re having a great week!!
@@wanderingwithwine Here I had a 10k Litre concrete tank which is below house level [on the side of a hill] and all the guttering feeds into the tank. In the rainy season a 200M square Meter roof can fill the tank from empty in about 2 days of reasonable rain. Steel tanks and less so concrete tanks are essential for water storage. As well, people with town water still use tanks to store water for gardens. Also, plastic tanks are quite popular now.

I love that you mentioned exercise room, in lieu of office. But a terrace (Tierra is on land), a balcony is above land. Lol 😂
Hiii Angelina! So many uses for the extra spaces, love having flexibility 👏🏻 Did we misspeak for one of the properties? We usually refer to what the listings call the spaces… like the second one-minute wander says terraces. For the most part, anything that has something underneath it, whether it’s land or a building is a terrace in the listings, like a roof-top terrace for example. There are definitely inconsistencies throughout the listings though 😆 Sometimes spaces that are called terraces in listings we’d actually call a porch or patio 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks for joining us!!

From Google… There are two main ways of saying blue in Italian: blu and azzurro. The first describes a darker color, while azzurro is usually light blue. Similarly, Blu does not change its ending according to the subject described like other colors do. It always stays the same.
