The vehicle is a Ford Edge, but the logical approach to the diagnosis would work on any vehicle. It took an 18 mile road test to get it to act up. Follow along on this one.

Can it be an injector when you don’t get a code specifically for an Injector? I have a Jeep and getting misfire data on cylinder 3 (but no check engine light). I hooked up my scanner for live data and upon start up all is fine. Driving all is fine. Until the engine warms up. Then the data starts showing misfire on cylinder 3. Also interesting it that when driving at speed I get zero misfire. When I slow down or stop at a light, the cylinder shows misfire. I’m sure this is an important part of the puzzle but I have no idea. Also the engine is NOT hesitating or giving me any indication it is misfiring. ANY help or ideas would be really appreciated. I’m tapped out financially and this is my only vehicle.
