Beautiful cookie. Not much of a chocolate fan, I know that is weird!! And even less of a coconut fan. But, I would make these for a holiday party plater as they look really fancy with that half dipped look. Thanks for sharing!! ❤😊

My grandmother loved strawberry ice milk. She didn't like the chocolate ice milk. She also ate strawberry ice cream. I was surprised she was picky about any kind of dessert! Lol! She loved sweets, but really only had dessert on special occasions (diabetic), but sometimes strawberry ice cream at night. ❤❤❤❤

I have made plain macaroons, but I would definitely be interested in trying these especially for a party. I love chocolate and I love coconut so that's a win 😂

You could probably drizzle the chocolate over them as well if you didn't want to dip them.
