Jean, thank you for visiting❤️ I wasn’t sure about the fabric on the stool especially with all the pattern and colors in my living room but I love it so it just will get along😂 i hope you have a great weekend and good garage sales❤️
The step stool turned out super cute!! I use my silver single salt shakers to hold bottle brush trees for Christmas . Take the top off and the base off of a tree and add a dab of hot glue to secure it . Loved today’s prayer, our friendship does restore my soul !! ❤❤❤

Hey my precious, beautiful & special friend! Hope you've had A wonderful week & great morning! Excited for this video😊 The person in violation must have been a friend 🤷♀️ that usually takes precedent over rules, sadly. Ohh the crocheted throw is gorgeous! I like handmade crocheted throws, depending on the color(s) or pattern, and i really love the colors & pattern of that one! Lots of work in that one & a great price too! Oh my goodness.. the step stool is precious! I love buying little stools to sit around the house, with & without upholstery. I don't have one that opens up, so cute! I love the material you chose, it looks so pretty! Oh Dusti..i love the doll! Makes me think of my mom🥹 Years ago rag dolls,, handmade dolls, were very popular in country decor. Of course I collected them, along with a good friend & my mom. My fav to collect were raggedy Ann rag dolls. We'd go to festivals & yard sales every weekend almost. Then my mom started making them, she made me a large raggedy Ann & lots of others. I sold a of them when that style decor fizzled out & i regret not keeping at least one my mom made😔 Of course, like i said, the were the old country rag dolls. But seeing A handmade doll just reminds me of all the dolls mama made & I had to paint the faces for her! The silver utensils are pretty, especially that second one! I have a small collection of milk glass.. that large vase is really pretty! My 2 old lamps for my bedroom, made differently but both have hobnail milkglass. The brass cat is beautiful!🐈 The cake server is beautiful too, love how its made just a bit different. Yes i think that's a perfect place for the little rooster plate! I love those old salt & pepper shakers too, that's a cute one! I have a single one that's a little shorter than that one & the top is a little more rounded. But I'd love to find some more, singles and/or sets. As always you have a nice haul! Ohhh the verse really made me smile! We just talked about this the other day! Your friendship refreshes my soul, because you are an amazing person & such a sweet sweet soul! One of the best friends anyone could ever desire to have. And I thank God for linking us together!😊 Love you my friend & my sister❤
@@tammyleviner3070 hi my sister❤️ I am a sucker for quilts and blankets, well as long as the price is reasonable or it’s very unique. I’ve been blessed so far to find some very beautiful ones for cheap. I saw one Friday I wanted but not for $50!👀 too much. I’m cheap😂 I love step stools too and storage is a wonderful bonus! It doesn’t have anything in it yet. Give me time😅 my mom made raggedy Ann’s too. My daughters and I are fortunate enough to each have one. Funny story. My daughter Hailee and I both have larger ones. Mine had a dress on it that my mom had actually made for Hailee to wear when she was 3. After she died and we got the dolls, I felt Hailee’s doll should have her dress. As I was removing it to trade dresses with her, I found my mom has stitched a heart that says I love you❤️ I just bawled. Miss her so much! I am really beginning to love the milk glass. Aunt Penny was kind enough to send me a lamp and some vases and other pieces. I love that stool you found and it looks so good how you refinished it! Also, that flower frog is so neat, I would love to find one of those when I am out thrifting!
I love the fall poems you've been sharing on your shorts so much. The crocheted blanket you bought is called a corner to corner pattern. Probably each of those stripes took a skein or close to it for each stripe, so with the cheapest of yarns costing about $4 a skein these days you can figure each of those stripes cost $4 to make it and that doesn't include the labor of love that was put into every stich which took many hours stretched out over time to make it you got a fabulous bargain getting that treasure for $12. I crochet myself just for the love of it and you put in a little work here and there when you have some time. Some pieces take me a week or some can take month's, it just depends on what life gives you to work with each day. Crocheting is like meditation for me personally, it helps me to calm my soul, mind and body so I can work out problems, and calms the storms we all have to go through so I can relax and come up with solutions. Its like therapy, only much cheaper, but it is not a cheap hobby. I'm just happy for the one who created that beautiful work of art that it came into the hands of someone who will love it and take such good care of it. I hope when I am gone that all the pieces I have created will fall into such loving hands. Here is another vlogger you might enjoy watching, she is a lot like you and I am glad to have found both of you in the past few weeks. Her vlog is "Blueberry Muffin's Cottage" and she just started it about a year ago fresh out of college and taking on a renovation on her first space as an adult. She is a lovely young lady who like you shares so much with her followers and subscribers. She does a craft project here and there just like you to and loves her thrifting. You are both awesome and I thoroughly enjoy watching both of your videos.
Hello Brenda, I’m so glad you’re enjoying the poetry. I write some myself and enjoying reading it more as I mature ❤️ we saw the movie I heard the Bells on Christmas Day about Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and so enjoyed it and his poetry. This autumn poetry is from a book of all Autumn poems I found on Amazon 🍁 I know how to crochet a very basic step but I haven’t done it for some time. Long ago my Grandma Fern taught me. A year ago, I found some UA-cam videos and learned to do the basic step and made a few bookmarks. I’d love to make a blanket ❤️ there was a time my mom did as well and wish I had one of the blankets she made. I love finding all these blankets and quilts. ❤️ I’ll check out Blueberry Muffin’s vlog channel! Sounds very interesting ❤️ thank you for watching and commenting 🥰
My Maw Maw inspired a love for crochet in me as a child too but she didn't talk much and I was much too shy to ask her to teach me so I just adoringly watched her create her treasures. I was taught to make a basic grannie square by a woman I worked with when I was about 30. I then bought some magazines and taught myself to read patterns using the graphs in their pages. Ten years later I found crochet tutorials, patterns, and groups on the internet and I've been crocheting all kinds of things ever since. Its my most favorite thing to do. I've even repaired two items that were damaged. Never in my dreams did I ever think I would become good enough at it to do that. I think my Maw Maw would be very proud that one of her grand-daughters learned to do it so well. I could tell even as a child that she loved crochet just as much as I grew to. Its so nice to talk to you.
