Holy crap, it's no wonder Brinsea has the reputation it does. I've gotten my first incubator, upper end brand and was fairly happy with it but guess what, no replacement parts. Next incubator will be a Brinsea. It's like the difference between a commercial grade & consumer grade mower. Consumer grade, when it's broke you toss & replace. Commercial grade you repair as long as you can.
Could you please make a video for the MAXI EX!! I started using it but still has some doubts: What must be the incubation Temperature and humidity levels?, What should I do when day 19 comes and I have to stop the turning mode? when day 21 day comes Should I turn off the Maxi or it continues working? Thank you
Hello. Unfortunately we are very busy in the offices and we don't have plans to make a Maxi II EX video at the moment. have you got your product instructions? Temperature and humidity is covered from page 13 onward. Hatching is covered on page 21, you need to switch the turning off, but do not turn the incubator off. I'm in Australia and just bought a second hand Ova Easy 190 with humidity pump. The pump didn't come with any tubing. What size tubing would I need? Looks like two different sizes.. Thanks!

I can't get it to actually draw the water in. I'm using a ova 56, measured the replacement tube, made sure to do the loop left to right. It tries to pull the water from the container but it's like one step forward, one step back. I've tried having the container at level with the incubator, lower than it, and above it. Please help?
I set up the pump, did everything you said, turned it on, the incubator is humming, but there's nothing happening. It's not pumping any water at all. Why won't you answer?
We are so sorry, your question did not some through as a notification. There could be several reasons for this, you need to make sure the tubing is set up correctly, that there aren't any sections of the tubing that are stuck down flat. The tubing needs to be tight enough around the capstan - we can talk you through this if you need us to. If you set humidity is only a few % higher than the actual humidity it may take several hours for the water to pump through. The best way of contacting us is by email: sales@brinsea.co.uk and we will be able to help you.
How do i connect this to a water container. I'm using a 0.5L bottle and put a whole in the lid to neatly put the tube inside but its not pulling any water??

Note to self. When checking video to replace pump tubing don’t leave tube in bottle. Incubator full of water. Lol. No eggs in it yet so all good.

Have you got the tubing wound correctly round the pump head? This is all covered in page 8 and 9 of your instructions. Kind regards, Brinsea.
