Our products are not the cheapest on the market, we prefer to focus on providing quality products that will last for many, many years. We spent two years developing this product and a great deal of research and development goes into all our products. It will be cheaper for you to buy direct from them as they buy in bulk from us and can pass the savings on to you. it would be very expensive to ship an incubator from the UK to you.
very bed quolity off plastic off couwer parts verry expensiv
We are very disappointed that you feel that way. We try to maintain spare parts for as long as we possibly can, we have customers using our incubators that they have had for over 30 years - unlike other incubators on the market. If there has been an issue due to manufacturing then any parts should be covered under your guarantee, however if they are damaged due to customer misuse then they are not covered.
