Please a episode on how-to maintain a watch. Not just its movement, but also water resistance and case condition.
That's a good idea for a future installment. Ideally, I'd like to keep these under ten minutes, so a service-oriented episode would fit nicely.
Best,
Tim
Watch box studios was such a good name. A step backwords… well as long as Tim makes quality content in here, I’m good
Thanks, I'll be around👍
Best,
Tim
I feel the exact same way. The name just doesn’t make any sense to me. Letting go of watchbox isn’t the best move.
Every time I listen to Tim I learn something new.
I learn something new about watces every day, so it's mutual.
Best,
Tim
Tim, I've watched dozens of your videos and think they're the best! I learn something every time.
looks like Tim Mosso is a veteran of the psychic wars
I've been living on the edge so long where the winds of limbo roar.
Best,
Tim
Great video about dive watches, Tim. I can’t recall if this topic has been discussed before in such detail. Well Done!
I try to fill the gaps left by other channels and Hodinkee. Maybe this topic is too technical at the ISO level for a full episode, but I'm happy to be the only one unpacking the full ISO standards on UA-cam. I actually had to pay nearly $70 to the ISO for their 50+ page engineering paper to ensure the absolute accuracy of this episode.
Best,
Tim
Great job Tim. You lend so much credibility to your employer.
Thanks! I try to add a decent number of features that aren't entirely self-serving. Obviously, there are sales pitches - but not to the total exclusion of useful information.
Best,
Tim
@@the1916companywatchreviews Going over the ISO in detail and breaking down the terms/definitions was excellent. Thanks again.
This was great 👍 Thank You!
Very informative. Thanks.
Glad you finally brought out your Omega!
I missed it.
Best,
Tim
ill take that OMEGA
Very informative, thank you Tim.
Indeed, thank you.
Thanks for this!
Great 👍🏾 content as always !! Very useful and informative one !!
Love it. Thanks Tim.
Are the spring bars on straps stainless ??? Will they rot / fall apart before your stainless watch does ???
🔥
The high pressure is pushing the case sealed
How can a watch be 100m water resistant without a screw down crown ???
Water resistance has come a long way since canteen crowns and lead seals!
Best,
Tim
next time try not to put the watches upside down.
I was asked to put them in that position for a specific frontal camera angle that was never used. Oh well...
Best,
Tim
@@the1916companywatchreviews it's not that big of a deal but as a rule of thumb, the most comfortable position for the viewer is the position that's most comfortable for you to use the watch. it was awkward for you to use it upside down so it was awkward for us to see the watches being used upside down. the natural way of handling a watch is the natural way the viewer is used to seeing it.
@@lulul Tim has a lot to learn!
hey if any is a watch enithustiat or fan like me, i found this great channel called simplesssoical and its art work on concept and real watches is beautyfull, it has few views but the content is amazing.
