I *hate* the double standard! If a guy gets busy with many women, he gets called Chad and seen as a cool bro. But if I do it, they call me a lesbian! A lesbian! As if my chaotic bisexuality was a joke to them!
The whole "Dont give services to 'woke' women and dont give them tips etc." is funny to me because they're like "show them they cant live without us!" but it would be equally annoying for these men if all waitresses, service workers, receptionists, doctors, etc. that voted for kamala refused to service them either. Im almost willing to bet if there was an exact opposite post then they'd be crying about discrimination and terrorism LOL
There was an article a while ago about people being asked to imagine that all the members of the opposite gender just disappeared for one day (they're fine, they'll be back tomorrow). Men were usually talking about a break from the nagging and doing chores, or about having a boys nights out. Somehow they didn't seem to register that their sons would still be there and need them. Women were almost exclusively talking about feeling SAFE. Just being able to take a walk alone at night. Sleeping with a window open. Going camping. Wearing what they want to a party.
I think it's supposed to be an answer to the 4B movement (no sex, no relationships, no marriage, no children with men). But the funny thing is how he thinks women not wanting intimate relationships with men would be equivalent to men withholding money and services from women. He really does think that intimate heterosexual relationships boil down to an exchange of money for sex.
I will never understand people who try to defend themselves like this. "This isn't my fault, you changed and I didn't!" "Exactly, you never improved, and I've moved on."
35:19 I love how hormones are blamed for 98% of feminine emotions, but if you sit down with a man and show him studies on what masculine hormones do to their bodies/emotions/brains they go all surprised Pikachu
After hearing so many women describe what period pain is like, I now say, "Guys, if you spent 3-8 days of every month feeling like someone was repeatedly kicking you in the nuts, non-stop, don't you think you'd be a bit grumpy or on-edge?" So I think certain things that "female hormones" get blamed for can actually be traced to the fact that, y'know, the lady _is in pain._
It's surprising to me how many men act like irrationality is monopolized by women. All I have to say is "hold my beer" and it brings to mind a depressingly common type of irrational behavior that causes pretty massive amounts of injury, property damage, and even death that many men don't seem to recognize as irrational in the first place.
Correct me if I'm wrong bc I very well could be remembering incorrectly but aren't "mood swings" during your menstrual cycle actually caused by a rise in testosterone production during that part of the cycle? You know...the hormone that's associated with men... Just had to add that because that's so funny to me lmao.
My (admittedly limited) experience is just the exact opposite. It's even acknowledged in terms like bachelor pad. I've met lots of guys who don't cook or clean for themselves, I've met very few women who don't.
It's getting to the point that my fiancé is practically being a second brain for me... As much as I grumble about it, I'm absolutely grateful for everything she does for me. 😅
Raised by a single father, haven't had a natural hair color since I was 17. It's not currently solid blue, but it is a full rainbow 🤷🏼♀️ So it doesn't look like having a father saved me from color. Oh no.
I mean you the way you write this makes it sound like he's chill with it so then it does not matter what others think. I never once cared if a women or man had colored hair and neither has any of my friends. Also P.S when some people match their colored hair with cloths it makes some of the best combos, the best one I saw was a dude with red hair and a black/red cloth combo.
When I was a teenager and wanted to do mine, my dad bought the dye for me. He was more concerned with my safety than my hair color. You know, like a decent parent.
22:46 Something similar happened in Luxembourg: the birth rate had been falling steadily over the years. What did the government do? It started taking in people of Luxembourgish descent from other countries and registering them as Luxembourgish citizens if they so wished. The birth rate began to rise and the country began to have more workers. This politician doesn't want to solve Japan's declining birth rate, he just wants to take away women's rights :/
I mean, if a country lacks work force and people, why not take in more immigrants? The adult ones can contribute to work and economy way faster than babies. Instead of letting people die in war and be xenophobic about it, this would actually solve many countries' problem!
Wow, that "remove uteruses at 30" guy! Not only did he try "solving the reducing population" by suggesting forced neutering (literally counterproductive), but he also invoked Schrodinger's douchebag!
I mean, I wouldn't be opposed to putting that forward as a criticism of the toxic work culture that is actually causing their declining birth rates, but honestly, given Poe's Law, at least call it a "modest proposal" or something so that the entire world doesn't take it seriously. If he was serious, on the other hand, that's pretty fucked up.
People always bring up women’s age in regards to birth complications but never include the fact that the older the man, the more likely he is to pass birth defects to his offspring. It’s a misogynistic double standard. Anyways, 30 is just around the age fertility SLOWLY goes down. You can still safely have kids the majority of the time if you’re healthy in your 30s. These kind of guys use this as an excuse to creep on way younger girls.
I wonder if it ever clicks in their mind that they are the ones causing the very issue they blame women for when it comes to that nonsensical 'body count' thing
I think it’s kinda funny to respond to “men are supposed to have a lot of partners but women aren’t” with “that’s pretty gay” because you KNOW those men would hate being compared to us queer people
"Hibernation is for animals-" We ARE animals!! What the heck do they think a human is? We're primates, which are mammals, which are a type of [gasp] ANIMAL.
I think it was a typo as in "I don't talk with awaken women" probably on the basis of "wtf, how did you get in my house? I'm calling the police" so now he only talk with women while their sleeping, a like a good stalker creep
What is so hard to understand that "naughty" work is work but not every woman is a "naughty" worker? My coworker tried to pay to take naughty pictures of me out of NOWHERE. I would almost expect this kind of attitude from younger men who are raised on the internet, but I thought this guy was closer to my age (between 35/40). It was so bizarre. And now he is butt hurt that I hate him, like he's the victim here. Anyways, part of me feels like he saw this argument online and decided to just start asking every woman in his life that he's attracted to do work for him like that. (Also, speaking of weight issues, I am a fat tomboy so I was legitimately shocked by this)
His attitude to women sounds like it was poisoned by the most toxic manosphere. Tate level misogynistic prostituting of women. It is so sad how far this has spread
@@rhondaflesher8313 Oh look, the 'buyer' denigrating the perceived 'seller'. I wonder how he explains single women. Funny thing is, he'd complain in just as pathetic a fashion if the women in question refused to be 'bought'.
I just wish these people could start realizing women are just people too. It's not that complicated but it's like they want it to be. Like, just TALK to women like a friend instead of embarrassing yourself online
straight up. i read this book once that talked about how humans are literally the same, the only difference being literal body parts, so they shouldnt be treated any different. this goes especially for sexism and racism too
14:50 the funny thing is, I saw some women saying "if you want a traditional wife, are you prepared to be a traditional husband and bring in all the money" and these guys get so butthurt and call them gold diggers
This reminds me of the time a dude demanded I go be a mother instead of "wasting my time" with a job & hobbies. I told him I'd only do that if I was hypothetical husband has a job as kids are expensive. The dude said it was stupid I think kids cost anything and I was "just a selfish gold digger". Makes me wonder what's the point of men getting a job to tend to their family if they don't want to tend to their families.
@RoachPanda You're not wrong. The issue is that these guys who want women to be traditional wives also want them to have a full time job to support them. Basically, they don't want an actual trad wife/trad husband dynamic, they want a maid who they can bone and also pays the bills ie. a 90/10 work ratio where they get to be lazy pigs.
Literally. It would be far too expensive, too risky, and consume far too many resources and man hours. There have been cases where a mother in a coma has successfully carried a baby, but if I remember correctly, they were cases where she was already pregnant when she fell ill, and the baby was close enough to the delivery date that it could be viable to remove it early. One of the most upsetting things about this topic, though, is that it often takes bringing up the logistic problems with the concept before people will accept that they probably shouldn't impregnate brain dead women after all. Like, violating a woman's dead body is "for the greater good", so that makes up for the staggering nightmare that's inherently based on sexism.
@@HazooTooI haven't heard what this is referring to yet but this reminds me of a story a few years back. IIrc it was a woman pregnant with twins that got sick or had some sort of accident that left her braindead and in a coma. The husband and parents kept her alive until the babies were viable and I remember everyone talking about it like it was the most wonderful thing possible. I was a teenager I believe and it gave me the biggest ick and shivers, because they literally turned her into an incubator. I can understand that perhaps this would've been her wish but there was absolutely no sort or will/testament and what if people just start doing it to women that wouldn't actually be ok with that. It just felt incredibly wrong and dystopian when I saw how positively everyone portrayed it.
PLEEEEASSE more men should follow this advice! Leave women alone, that way women are much safer, because you'd know who the "grapers" are, because they would be the ones trying to speak to us.
I remember when I got by first period at 11 MY MOTHER told me, "you're a woman now." Even at the time I was like, "um, I'm literally in elementary school????"
19:00 There is a story similar to this in the vet field. A couple brought in their 4 year old 170lb leonberger to a veterinarian in Texas, Dr. Millard "Lou" Tierce III and his business, Camp Bowie Animal Clinic. The veterinarian took the dog in but told the family after the visit their their dog is grievously ill and had to be put down. He was caught 11 months later as the owners were informed by a worker at the clinic that the dog was still alive and kept in unsanitary conditions. The leonberger, Sid, was cruelly kenneled, saw no exercise, and was used for multiple blood donations. This dog was one of five cases this veterinarian held illegally for forced blood donations.
Graduate of Japanstudies here - the problem in Japan (and East Asia in general) is the toxic work culture that places one's company/job above everything else, even family. Young people don't have the time nor energy to make babies because if you don't voluntarily overwork every day and if you take any days off, you'll pretty much be guaranteed to miss any promotions. This means that men work ungodly long days, come back home exhausted, and wake up very early to do it all over again. Every day, every week, every year. In short, Late Capitalism is just doing its thing - destroying everything it touches, and the politicians know EXACTLY why Japanese people aren't having children, but profit > people so it's easier to just get angry at the younger generations and beat around the bush...
...and blame women for the fact that men are being overworked because of the stereotyping of women in Japan (and elsewhere) as DEMANDING men work themselves to death to fund the woman's lifestyle. If that wasn't the case, I doubt the proposed 'solution' would be so violently misogynistic. They're not blaming the exhausted men who come home from work too shattered to even contemplate adult fun times for the lack of babies because they know damn well you're right. They're effectively claiming women must suffer to save the nation, with the implication that women caused the problem rather than admit the real issue is corporate culture. Don't get me wrong, I agree 100% with everything you're saying but the problems with systemic and cultural misogyny are a significant factor in this as well.
Isn't there a really strong push for a 4-day work week there right now to combat this problem (as it's affecting the birth rate)? It would be nice if we got a whole country doing it, might start spreading to other places. Of course, the US will be dead last as always for any kind of worker rights.
Exactly ! The work culture here is so destructive for people , and you're pretty much forced to be grateful because "at least you aren't like those migrant workers !" , revolting. We are literally a few paychecks away from destitution
My dad: “You can dye your hair blue or whatever color you want, I don’t care.” Me: “No thanks hair dye is too complicated.” My dad: “Okay whatever I don’t care it’s your choice.” Good dad.
My husband had cats before I met him and always says this about them, "Dogs teach unconditional love; cats teach consent." Maybe more boys should have cats growing up...
advice to women. if your co-worker harasses you like the guy in the hair story. contact HR and report him for sexual harassment. you will not be worrying about him for long.
Duuuude, that analogy of Cyclists on the Road vs Cars.. I loooove this analogy, I'm totally gonna use it from now it, it makes SO many things make sense. Patriarchy like 'car armor'... Men piloting a two-ton death machine and not understanding why cyclists are scared of them...
And Cyber trucks are manosphere "influencers." They think they're amazing, but they are ugly as all get out. They cost too much, think they own the road, and don't even notice the bumps bicycles make under the tires as they drive over them.
And your Idea of Feminism has been degrading to the Point, where you're packing M-79s on your Bicycle, turning Cars into Wrecks, who've never blinked at you wrong. And now there's a Suprised Pikachu Face on any "Journalist Platform", how the Manosphere reasonated with young men so rapidly....
It's an interesting metaphor, I agree, but I personally don't find men physically or psychologically threatening, and definitely not on that level. I'm brokenhearted women do, I wish there was a way to help them see toxic males as the cranky powerless toddlers they actually are.
Good drivers understand and support policies to build more bike lanes so we can go about our lives without risking being killed. There’s just no getting away from the statistic that when a woman agrees to a romantic relationship with a man, that instantly makes him the most likely person on this planet to murder her. All those murdered women represented by that statistic didn’t choose to date a murderer - we objectively can’t tell which men are potential murderers until it’s too late to escape. A good man won’t prioritise his desire to date you over your need to stay safe.
My ex always used to say that I had a "drinking problem" because I drank water...I drank water. Who knew girls being hydrated was such a hard concept to grasp?
I’ve said that to people, but only because they spilled the water and I was making a reference to the movie _Airplane!_ Otherwise, I have no idea what he was getting at.
The guy that reported himself to HR. Sounds like a guy I used to work with. A couple of the guys had a notebook where they kept a tally of how many times a day he would go down to talk to a coworker half his age (she was in her early 20s, he was mid 40s) he'd even make excuses to "help her with her job" despite hardly knowing how to do the job. As I was the only other person who was qualified to do her job (as she trained me) she would call me down to help her so he wouldn't have an excuse to bug her. The looks I used to get off him when he'd walk down and realise I was there and would have to go back to his place on the line. Best part he tried complaining to my supervisor about me not doing my job. My supervisor: he does twice the work of anyone else, clears the backlog and jumps on to help her because he's the only one qualified to do so and she requested his help... What's your excuse? He didn't have an answer and was fired not long afterwards
I had a co-worker who as a female you did not want to get on the elevator alone with him. He loved to get the women pinned in a corner and either threatened to grab them or actually put his hand in your pocket. He would occasionally do things like this even out in the work area. His excuse was he liked to see the girls' reaction when he did this stuff. I have had to fight him off a time or two in the elevator myself. Apparently though later when he tried such with me in the work area was the last straw as far as the supervisors were concerned. He made the mistake of sticking his hand in my pocket and my verbally snapping at him was heard by a supervisor who was right around the corner at the time. My co-worker was forced to go to sexual harassment classes. Apparently, the classes didn't work. He was later fired for the same behavior. I really felt sorry for the guy's poor wife and kids.
33:16 the women prefer the beloved pet over an asshole who doesn't understand that a cat is not a toy and that you need to read its reaponses when you interact with it? Can you imagine?!
A good term I learned regarding Pretty Privilege is called "The Halo Effect". Basically, we tend to assume that people we're attracted to are good, and we're a lot more forgiving of them. We're also more likely to demonize somebody we deem unattractive.
This works not only on physical atraction but on the ideea of feeling close to what they say or you think they represent. Basicaly we will forgive if we feel that they or their truth is atractive.
Cats are a great way to see how people are with boundaries. Cats have boundaries and are NOT shy about letting you know when they're crossed. In my humble experience, if it's not an allergy, a person with a problem with cats has a problem adhering to established boundaries. If only the litter box emptied itself as well as this trash took itself out.
Exactly, you put it better than I did in another comment. I basically said, in general, no matter what you do, dogs are submissive but cats require consent, so I can't trust anyone not allergic that says they hate cats.
TLDR; cats are a good example of understanding how trust, boundaries and relationships work. normally, if someone doesn't like cats, then i find it hard to trust them understanding this stuff. there are three things that i think some people don't care about that i wanna discuss in the context of cats; trust, boundaries and relationships. most cats will be more open as they start to trust you. like, no cat is going to be happy if some stranger comes up to them and puts their hands on them, but if you can gain their trust that you're not planning on manhandling them, they'll more than likely happily let you give them pets. it's about boundaries and trust. cats will often have different boundaries based on how much they trust you, just like people. they also probably don't realise the normal thing that not every cat wants to be petted. if it doesn't want to do smth, it has it's reason and most respectable people will understand that and not push. for example, my cat i had growing up let me use him as a pillow (he was born like a year before i was, so he was basically my older brother of sorts when i grew up). most cat's probably wouldn't like that, but he was happy to let me because of the relationship we had and the fact that it didn't make him uncomfortable. and that's another thing, what someone is comfortable with tends to also vary based on the relationship you have with someone. Click mentioned this in the vid, but a friend is more comfortable with being asked if they wanna hang out than someone you've only seen in passing or know the existence of. same can be said about hugs, compliments, etc. obviously, if someone has some sort of trauma from a cat, i won't hold that against them, but if someone hates cats because the cat always runs when they randomly try to pet it or something like that, it's a clear sign of not understanding these fairly basic things. anyway, rant over, hope everyone has a nice day/night ((:
@@yba_xoxo I still don't get my sister. She dislikes our cat, usually calls it sth that translates to stupid/unwanted animal and most often refuses to give it food or look after it in any way (which is fine because there are enough people who DO take care of the cat). When I asked her she said that it was useless and that she was jealous of all the affection granted to it. I probably won't ever understand her thinking process, because I am a very affectionate person (to her too) and I think that she's fairly smart so she should realise why treating someone/-thing based on perceived usefulness is bad. But somehow she still keeps it that way. Of course, rarely, she will pet the cat despte all of this.
I think it's funny how these "alpha males" are threatened by cats. It's ironic how close they are to creepers in Minecraft. Scared of cats, like to stalk you and will blow up if you get too close 😂

Like my dude most people that are 150 lb can't do that let alone somebody that's carrying around extra weight. This lady was extremely fit and limber!

18:20 Not just the money! One of my ancestors was an old widow in Salem who basically owned her own house and land along with her son, who lived elsewhere. Someone in Salem accused her of being a witch, used how she shouted at nothing at night as an example of proof (she likely had what we now know as dementia). He wanted to try to free up the land and house by having her killed so he could take it over. He was pissed that an old woman, especially for that time, owned a better house and land than he did, seemingly without any man. I dont remember the details of her trial that my mom found but she was thankfully found not guilty. I believe her son had to rush to the court and plead for his mother and show he was the one who technically owned everything and that he would stay with her from now on to care for her. She had been taking care of herself alright until then but he seemed to see she was quite ill. She died not terribly long after the trial, a few years maybe, likely due to the progression of dementia.
Mood. I'm an atheist, feminist, trans, ace and chronically ill, aka a total disappointment to my spawn points. Yes, being chronically ill with a nonpreventable incurable condition somehow makes me a disappointment to people who both have autoimmune conditions.
25:10 I hate this sort of mentality. It isn’t even a gendered thing. People seem to think that, if you are in a relationship, then you must avoid anyone you could possibly be attracted to, or you will surely cheat. Same for thinking that you need to compartmentalize things like family, work, neighbors, dates, friends, etc and with dates and friends, you need to cut them out of your life immediately if it doesn’t work out, forcing mutual to choose a side. It’s basically planning for failure, and the messiest, most toxic kind.
Goes back to that whole thing of "well I know I would do it if I had the chance and thought I could get away with it, surely everyone thinks the same way as I do". People with absolutely 0 introspection always suck to be involved with.
@ I think it’s beyond that now, but probably the origin point and part of what keeps it going. That and people who are just really insecure and have trust issues.
12:45 For anyone who isnt familiar with the difference, I believe Click meant aromantic (aro) *not* asexual (ace). They generally go together (aro-ace) but not always. For example, I'm asexual but *not* aromantic, meaning I'm in a romantic relationship but without sex. We still have physical intimacy, just not the sexual kind. I find my partner physically attractive, I just don't ever feel aroused and have no interest in sex. With anyone. Carry on, friends. Hope you're doing well ❤
Ace means little to no sexual attraction and attraction isn't the same as action, so some Aces also have sexual intimacy😊 (plus, some people just find sex an enjoyable act - even if they feel no sexual attraction to the person) Just like some Aros are in romantic relationships as they feel little to no romantic attraction😊
@lampekartoffel Technically, you are correct, but I think OP knows that already. It doesn’t change the fact that asexuals can also just Not be in a sexual relationship. That is perfectly okay.
18:29 Same thing happened with the Gestapo, Hitler's secret police, too. People were forced to confess to anything anti-Nazi they were accused of. -It's most likely also going to happen to America with the way things are going.- No money was earned, though, it was just getting rid of anyone you disliked.
I remember the specific case of Friedrich Reck who said something about the German currency not being worth much anymore in late 1944. His neighbour overheard him and reported him to the Gestapo who interrogated him and sent him home again. The neighbour was fuming and kept pestering the Gestapo about it, so they finally sent Mr. Reck (a man in his mid-sixties) to the camps where he died in February 1945.
You say that , But America has had these types of forced confessions for a long time now The CIA's "black sites" were meant to nab suspicious people , and to torture them to get forced confessions , many weren't even terrorists
17:53 blatant morality issues aside, I also remember this coming up before, and there was a doctor who, step-by-step, broke down the MANY ways something this this would never work on a basic physical level
Yep. Turns out that incubating in an effectively dead body isn't the healthiest for development. If someone is already pregnant when they enter that state, they can potentially be kept "alive" until viability at which point the baby will have to spend months in an incubator. But even that doesn't work all the time and can lead to health issues.
24:45 the number of men who have never learned the first thing about taking care of themselves is just staggering. Just whole ass adults with jobs and mortgages, who don't understand how to eat, drink, clean their house, take a shower, buy groceries, plan errands, etc.
23:43 there's an anime that came out where the main character is a teenage girl with no interest in romance who is forcibly strong-armed into a dating simulator scenario with a bunch of hot men who she is completely disinterested in, and the fairy behind it even takes away her favorite things so she has to focus on romance and nothing but. The goal? So she can pump out babies and fix Japan's birth rate problem. And it's implied this is a business organization of many fairies doing the same thing to poor young girls and guys all over Japan. One of the guys in question isn't interested in romance either, and in fact has PTSD from being stalked by a crazy person - and the two develop a sibling-type relationship. I never thought that somebody would legitimately propose something to that level of insanity. I seriously hope this headline is fake...

Regarding the witch trials, I heard that if the suspect didn’t have any next of kin, the community would also get to raid their home for any items of use or value
People like that (in the subreddit) are exactly the reason why I'm teaching my younger brother to be respectful and supportive of women. I am so proud to say, he is growing up well!
I've been saying ace privilege is real forever ! So glad to not have to deal with this kind of thing. *(As much. See my next comment) Still waiting for the next ace or aro video though, so we can't do anything to him until then.

I started binging The Click and the intro that says I smell good always made me a little sad like “no I really don’t, buddy” but today I have another interview that actually has me kind of optimistic and I took a really long hot shower, even trimmed my hair a little bit to look nicer and now - yes, I do smell good :) thanks!
26:00 It still wouldn't be okay in his scenario because his colleague is not a sex worker; she's not having sex with her coworkers for her paycheck. Even in their messed-up scenarios, they're still wrong.
7:08 this is meant to combat the “4b” movement, where liberal women are refusing to date conservative men, but the “4b” movement has nothing to do with tipping people or serving people etc, so its a bit different
I mean I don't think that Liberal women need a whole movement not to marry conservative men, I doubt any Liberal woman would want to knowingly marry a conservative man with or without a movement anyways. It's really just common sense. But maybe this was part of a master plan to make this big "movement" so conservatives retaliate with things like "don't talk to a liberal woman", just so they don't have to deal with conservative men at all. which is actually pretty genius.
It’s not just conservative men, it’s all men. The 4bs are no marriage to men no sex with men no childbirth and no dating men. (They’re called Bs because it originated in South Korea in their language and is a form of social protest.)

22:23 I follow a few cultural education channels here on UA-cam and spme of them have addressed the issue of Japan's low birth rate. The issue is the insane work culture and heavily patriarchal culture as women, with more education and with access to knowledge about other countries, don't want to work themselves to death for a career they can't even fully enjoy, because they need to take care of the kids and husband as well. Edit: Oh, and also, the Japanese Economy has some issues where it's not completely following the world around it (can't remember the exact issue...), so everyone recommends getting a foreign salary if you want to live in Japan. Many young people leave Japan to earn better salaries in an environment with a lot less pressure on constantly doing overtime and a lot more lenient/loose hierarchy
Basically, if you can work from home for a foreign country, and can leave quickly in case of disaster move there, if not, don't, great place to live, horrible place to work

6:10 So for those wondering what the 4N-movement is, I googled it. It's related to the feminist 4B-movement in South Korea (this one has a wikipedia article, probably arose because of the amount of misogyny that was uncovered in the news lately, including girls of 12 being used to make AI-porn. This movement is translated to the 4N-movement (see Wikipedia page why the original has B's instead of N's), but at the same time there is apparently also a 4N-movement that is anti-feminist. I could only find 1 Reddit post about it though, with the majority of the results referring to a western translation of the 4B-movement instead.
Honestly, I'm scared for any woman living in any Asian country right now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Japanese government recently consider the idea of putting higher taxes or something on anyone who doesn't have kids as a ploy to try to make younger people feel pressured to start spitting out babies?

The whole thing about if you go through weight gain or skin issues, etc is so so true. I had a really bad skin infection that affected my face in my early 20's, and the amount of people that treated me like I was gross or a drug addict or something brought me to literal tears many times. Now 10 years later, those issues have past. But the difference in how I am treated by both random strangers and just co-workers now is astounding.

The average time a person's body can live while braindead is around 7 months I believe, so in addition to the fact that theres alot of nutritional needs that a fetus has that a comatose person cannot fulfill, using braindead patients as baby factories is unlikely to ever happen.
Yeah, pregnant people need a lot of food and rest to with stand the pregnancy, like that is why people with pre existing heath conditions would have a harder pregnancy than those without.
not to mention that comatose people are often on several supporting medications to stay alive, and suffer from several severe risks from this situation. A coma is not like a deep sleep. It is a medical crisis for the body. Even just keeping a pregnant body alive, of a person that had a brain injury or massive stroke for just a few weeks to allow the lungs of the fetus to mature under special medication befor delivery via c-section is a real challenge and doesn't allways work out. Additionally: intensive care for a comatose person, a pregnant one none the less, is insanely expensive. It is a lot more efficient to allow surrogacy and pay women to be pregnant. Maybe that politician should have suggested that approach, befor suggesting what is not only medically not really possible, highly unethical, and something out of horror movies.

Every country is struggling with lower birth rates because the costs of living in every country has gone up. If governments really want to "fix" the problems, maybe they should start looking at the companies who are working their population to the point of exhaustion but NOT paying them their worth and other companies & individuals charging ridiculous amounts of money for basic living necessities. Hmmm??? It's not that people don't want kids. It's that they cannot afford to have them. A country like Japan expects their employees to work eat & breathe work. How are you meant to make children when you're always at work? Or exhausted from work? Do you even get paid overtime in Japan? Or is it just expected that you stay until the manager leaves?
Japan actually has a significantly better pay ratio than the US does (not that this is saying much). The problem in the US is largely money, with CEOs and other executives being massively overpaid relative to the average employee and especially the employees at the bottom, but in Japan as I recall the issue is lack of work/personal life balance. If you spend just about every waking hour at the office, you won't be doing much dating or having much sex.
Yeah, South Korea has the same problem. It's usually these overcompensating hyper-capitalist grindset culture countries that are the most effected by low birth rates.
12:38 Aroace privilege technically! I've got it :) That situation could absolutely happen to someone who's ace but wants to marry for romance, unfortunately.
I love that Click has a full cast of characters for his videos now. I love seeing how many characters he can come up with. 32:37 one thing that I heard about cats it's that they teach you about *consent.* And it is true, seeing that my cat absolutely despises being carried when she doesn't want to be carried, but is gentle enough she won't bite or scratch, just slither out of your arms. Soooo maybe the issue here isn't the cats, it's the guy not knowing how consent works.
I've heard this too. Most cats have boundaries & people who don't like accepting other's boundaries might not like cats. Dogs tend to give love unconditionally whenever you want it, whereas you usually have to earn a cat's trust & love on their terms
Why do these guys like to diss on girls with colorful hair? As a straight guy, I think crazy hair colors are both pretty and cool. I would even argue it makes girls even more attractive.
its "unchristian" and it is a fill in for "feminist" or "leftist"/"liberal" in conservative lingua. The "blue haired social justice warrior" is kind of a right wing zombie meme... it just doesn't stay dead.
The men who constantly get into fights with cats and the ones who dont know what consent really is... That venn diagram is a circle. Them house-lions teach you boundaries quite firmly. On that subject, hi Simba

Some do, some dont ace as an unbrella hold aro, aro ace and alloace, as an aro ace I infaft see it as a privilage to not have to deal with romance, but yes, it very nuch does not apply to my alloace siblings!
Was looking for a comment like this to gently correct Click! I’m ace and arospec, but I DO want a relationship, because even though I feel no sexual attraction and don’t understand how to feel proper romantic attraction, I still yearn for the companionship and physical affection, (I think the proper term for it is cupioromantic or smth). It’s odd because it’s like wanting the same thing as most people, but seeing and feeling it in a different way and lacking what people see as healthy romantic attraction
18:57 This reminds me of that story of a woman ending up pregnant in a coma because apparently a nurse (repeatedly) assaulted her. No one even knew she was pregnant until she went into labor. Delivered a healthy baby boy while still in a vegetative state. Luckily the perpetrator was caught, he pleaded guilty (on both s3xual assault and vulnerable adult abuse charges), and got the maximum sentence (which unfortunately was only 10 years but it was better than him not getting sentenced at all)
Gentle friendly reminder for Click and everyone that ace-ness is a spectrum and thise who are ace but still want kids/romantic relationships are valid! That said, being ace makes looking for relationship low on my priority list and I am very glad I don't have to deal with that, so. You ain't wrong, Clicky!
Who you voted for is basically showing people around them what they consider valuable- so if you vote for someone that wants to take down any sort of womens rights, then yeah, we kinda have a right to be "petty".
I have four cats because three of them were ferals orphaned at like 3 weeks old when thier feral mother was attacked by an owl, so I, with my Mom, spent tireless WEEKS bottle feeding and tending to those precious little fuzzy potatoes until they were able to be normal cats and eat solid food and use the litter boxes on thier own. They are now 2 ½ years old, and are the friendliest, most social, well behaved, and healthiest little ((actually, not so little, they grew into fair sized cats)) critters I could have hoped for. I'm currently watching them zoom around the house to watch the winter birds through the windows, chittering. I will call them my "kids" if I dang well please. My other cat and my dog too. Heck, even my turtle. Dudes really be out there being angry that a lady is giving common human decency to a creature than acknowledging thier jealous sour butts.
❤ Surrogate parenting tiny animals is rewarding. I, on the other hand, got annoyed every time someone called me a "dog mom," or "[dog's name]'s mommy." I was like, sorry, I haven't given birth to either the dog or the cats in the house. It especially felt offensive due to my relationship situation at the time. Maybe people really ought to leave it for the person to decide what they possibly want to call themself, in relation to a pet, either way.

The reason is that i STARTED as their nanny/babysitter, then as their kids have gone to school i now need a consistent job and they liked me so much they hired me at their office. Guarantees they have a nanny at home as well as an assistant/office worker/data entry worker at their job. If their kids have off school i go there instead of the office. It's the first job ive really loved (ive had like 10 jobs, most not for more than a year because i moved)

I wish people learned women that don't want kids is not because "they hate kids" but because kids are a serious commitment. Giving birth costs a lot of money, mental energy, and damages the body it literally tears. Doctors commonly cut "down there" to make it easier. It's hard and my hats off to every person that went through it to have their bundle of joy.
21:56 do they realize the average age to start having kids is like over 30 now? like i want to have plenty of kids but under this rule… im completely single and almost 29 so bye lol
What I want to know about that policy where the Japanese are trying to fix their population decline by banning women getting married after 25 and sterilizing them after 30, would the men face any punishments if they don't get married and start families young? It sounds like people could take advantage of that rule if it were to ever go into place and you'd see a lot Japanese couples have large age gaps between the husbands and the wives.
12:48 Actually Asexual people are probably the Most targeted demographic for this, being misunderstood by their romantic partner(s) and all. Aromantic people however, on a spectrum, yes.
People going out of their way to be attractive always achieves the exact opposite result without fail. Sometimes I wonder if this might be where the BS notion of "consent isn't sexy" at least partially came from - like, dude, it's not that consent "isn't sexy", it's that your partner made an ass of themselves in the bedroom and for some reason you blamed it on the consent factor instead of on them being a try-hard lol
The picture you choose for your phones wallpaper is called a WALLPAPER, not a screensaver. Screensavers, by large, are not used anymore and were merely meant to prevent burn-in of pixels by changing their color periodically. Remember 3D pipes for windows? THAT is a screensaver. Moodeng screaming as your wallpaper is your wallpaper. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
@akiramakara2062 yep, they're actually coming back and becoming kind of a necessity with the emergence of OLED panels becoming the mainstream. OLED is more susceptible to image burn in than traditional LED backlit panels. Screensavers change the colors of the pixels periodically to prevent static images from "burning in" to the screen.
@BlueTressym yep, anything that regularly changes your pixels color will help prevent burn-in. I used to have Google maps on my phone for several hours at a time, nearly every day, for months on end, and after a while you could see a faint outline of Google maps burned into my screen, that was on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G back in 2019/early 2020.
@@dirtydoge756 My current laptop has an LCD screen and I still use screensavers because it suffers from a more short-term version of burn-in known as image persistence.
I'm Nigerian so I can give more context for 13:42 (it gets worse). The girls who are given out in marriage are quite literally girls. As soon as you get your first period, you're old enough to get married, in families like that. I had a classmate in secondary school that was married off to an older man because she was struggling in school and her parents didn't want to keep 'wasting' money on her. I had a different classmate who was married off to an older man at 14 despite being amazing at school (she was our class captain and was at the top of our class). I can't even explain to you how heartbreaking it is to see little children in school with wedding rings, crying every two seconds because they can't escape their fate. And these weren't the only cases, just the ones I remember off the top of my head. Saying these parents marry off their daughters 'to be taken care of' and not for the huge bride price they get for selling their little girls off to rich p3dos is just infuriating. And to act surprised that people who witnessed or experienced this call it oppression is hilarious. Oh, and 'nah' or 'nau' can basically be read as 'then' in this context
I had a man on my social media call me AI out of absolutely nowhere, and maybe less than a week later, he shared something about a guy willing to cover a lot financially for his partner. It was actually a very sweet post. But that guy said something along the lines of, "A friend sent this to me. I swear you women have it easy. If my future son ever acted like this to a girl, he'd be disowned." Immediately blocked. I understand talking about setting boundaries with a partner in a financial sense. To disown your hypothetical son and then say girls have it easy is disgusting.

Plus it's Trump voters who are always wearing Trump hats and whatnot, it's easier to identify them

After hearing so many women describe what period pain is like, I now say, "Guys, if you spent 3-8 days of every month feeling like someone was repeatedly kicking you in the nuts, non-stop, don't you think you'd be a bit grumpy or on-edge?"
So I think certain things that "female hormones" get blamed for can actually be traced to the fact that, y'know, the lady _is in pain._
I just… at this point I want to fuck with the hormones in my body to balance them out completely, and just see how that feels.
It's surprising to me how many men act like irrationality is monopolized by women. All I have to say is "hold my beer" and it brings to mind a depressingly common type of irrational behavior that causes pretty massive amounts of injury, property damage, and even death that many men don't seem to recognize as irrational in the first place.

as well as it being completely subhumana and a massive violation of the woman
and here I was thinking years ago that audous huxley was "too extremte" with his whole "artificial wombs" thing
now I think he took it easy
Very gross

That's awful!

Oof

This shouldn't be confused with the other kind of "Halo Effect" where you strap on green armour and defend humanity from aliens and zombie popcorn.

Ace means little to no sexual attraction and attraction isn't the same as action, so some Aces also have sexual intimacy😊 (plus, some people just find sex an enjoyable act - even if they feel no sexual attraction to the person)
Just like some Aros are in romantic relationships as they feel little to no romantic attraction😊
You say that , But America has had these types of forced confessions for a long time now
The CIA's "black sites" were meant to nab suspicious people , and to torture them to get forced confessions , many weren't even terrorists

Yep. Turns out that incubating in an effectively dead body isn't the healthiest for development. If someone is already pregnant when they enter that state, they can potentially be kept "alive" until viability at which point the baby will have to spend months in an incubator.
Basically, if you can work from home for a foreign country, and can leave quickly in case of disaster move there, if not, don't, great place to live, horrible place to work
In some classic supernatural mythos, cats were known to be able to keep away evil spirits and demons. Even vampires. Maybe there's a link between that, and the certain types of guys who hate the idea of a woman owning a cat
I like the way you think. I shall share this theory. Cheers!
Omg yes! Love this.
So you’re telling me I can use cats to ward off annoying people? Perfect, I’ll take 200
Men hate cats because cats have consent, that's why they hate cats (And that's why cats are women's best friends!)

@@EagleTimberWolf i think so. it's so painfully obvious that the main issue at play is a lack of work/life balance, yet incel governments think all women are just bitter cat hags.

@@hannajung7512Can you imagine having your mom be a comatose woman? What a nightmare of an identity crisis that would be.
Comas are not the same as being braindead.

11:32 If only all the office creeps would report themselves.
I've got it :)
That situation could absolutely happen to someone who's ace but wants to marry for romance, unfortunately.

6:23 that is literally textbook discrimination, you're going to get busted if you do that

12:40 i just wanna point out as an alloaro person, ace people still DO experience romantic attraction, and even though aro people(like me) dont experience romantic attraction, we still can have romantic relationships! personally i dont want one lol, but still wanted to correct a lil misconception

I just wanted to write that XD

This reminds me of that story of a woman ending up pregnant in a coma because apparently a nurse (repeatedly) assaulted her.

Funny coincidence- i actually DO go back to the boss's house after i work on excel spreadsheets and nanny their kids.

Yes. These are real people. We are so royally forked.
18:08 saying it'd only be in a poor country is wild. As if rich countries aren't gonna exploit class inequalities for their own gain
12:48 Actually Asexual people are probably the Most targeted demographic for this, being misunderstood by their romantic partner(s) and all.
Aromantic people however, on a spectrum, yes.
Some "pick-up" lines are creepy even if you like a person. Like I was interested until you said that.
Real talk, I had no idea that's what they did 😭🤣
@akiramakara2062 yep, they're actually coming back and becoming kind of a necessity with the emergence of OLED panels becoming the mainstream. OLED is more susceptible to image burn in than traditional LED backlit panels. Screensavers change the colors of the pixels periodically to prevent static images from "burning in" to the screen.
@@dirtydoge756 I have my wallpaper as a slideshow, which I'm guessing would help with that too?
@BlueTressym yep, anything that regularly changes your pixels color will help prevent burn-in. I used to have Google maps on my phone for several hours at a time, nearly every day, for months on end, and after a while you could see a faint outline of Google maps burned into my screen, that was on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G back in 2019/early 2020.
@@dirtydoge756 My current laptop has an LCD screen and I still use screensavers because it suffers from a more short-term version of burn-in known as image persistence.

Sisterhood and cats gotta be better company than guys like that one! 😹
If my future son ever acted like this to a girl, he'd be disowned."
Immediately blocked. I understand talking about setting boundaries with a partner in a financial sense. To disown your hypothetical son and then say girls have it easy is disgusting.
