I love Mamma Mia, saw the musical 5 time at the Novello. But for me it is the best cast , especially Muzz Murray as Donna and Richard Trinder as Sam :)

2 points, they were here last year, I saw the performance from the front row. Secondly the songs weren’t exactly the same.

Amazing performance by everyone. MM! always uses such poor backing tracks though. Karaoke machine quality. Sounds so much better in the theatre.

Apparently if you want to be near the front you have to start queueing there at 6:30-7:00am 😬🫣 too early for me 😂
Someone on facebook started queueing at 9:30am and wasn’t near the front, but ended up in the middle/mid-way of Trafalgar Square.
Sounds like you have to be really dedicated!

As of 2019, minus 1,5 years of lockdown. She did Killer Queen for about 10 years so we’re not getting rid of her anytime soon, I hope 😉

West End Live can barely get mics to function for a couple of leads, never mind that many ensemble members! It would be a total nightmare for them logistically!

Cuz the sound at WEL is always crap. Think mics not working for leads, etc.

I’ve noticed most of the shows do the same songs, Mary Poppins is the only show I noticed that didn’t perform feed the birds and they replaced it with practically perfect
