  • In this video, I outline how a newly identified therapeutic peptide is effective at inhibiting HIV infection of cells, killing cell-free virions, and how well it is tolerated by multiple in vivo models.
This video summarises the paper: An amphipathic peptide targeting the gp41 cytoplasmic tail kills HIV-1 virions and infected cells.

"tsar feodore IV": when we eat meat it get broken down into chains of amino acids called peptides. Will any meat get broken down into f9170 ? I particularly wonder about healthy free range organic grass fed steer and sardines from the wild that NEVER got fish farmed. Could HIV have come from greed ? Can anyone do research on this ?

@@theodoremacewko7757 As a short answer, no. The peptides that you ingest from meat will not have mimicry to F9170. The makeup and sequence of proteins from animal tissue is distinct depending on what type of animal it comes from, and the large proteins are being broken down into small random peptides that do not have an identifiable peptide signature to obtain their nutrients.
I do not know what you mean by HIV coming from greed... HIV is a result of a mutation of SIV to have specificity to humans and allow for human-human spread.

While i acknowledge the tireless efforts of our good researchers, we also make this modest request: That reports of researches given for long time but nothing at patients bed side as a relief from this HIV AIDS we are terribly frastrated. Too long time rhetorics better now fast track those achievements, eg stem cell therapy. shock and lock or shock and kill, AGT therapy , the siatle promises, the Long over due Israeli scientists findings, the temple University and other researchers. Some never deliver updates. Please hasten the proces.

Can f9170 be enhanced using the laser technic that has been used to create the single long acting injectable ARVs

When is this getting into human clinical trials? Hope they’re starting soon. The world needs a cure now.

What about EBT-101? Do you think this would be a good indicator for elimination of viral reservoirs in human clinical trial?

EBT-101 sounds very promising based on their pre-clinical results. I look forward to when I can hear the results about how well it can be tolerated and how effectively it excises proviral HIV from the human genome!

We are always hearing of trials. When do you think the cure will be found. The world needs the cure more than any other thing

It is hard to say when exactly a cure will be found. I hope that is possible within the next few years! It is imperative that these treatments are safe and effective before we can start giving them to lots of people.
