اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. .Allow me to try and help.
When ending the word نَارࣰا as a stand alone word, pay attention to the position of the tongue. It will be at top of your mouth behind top teeth.
Now try ending this word making sure tip of the tongue is is NOT touching top of mouth or back of teeth. (Complete the number of counts according to the rule) and move onto pronouncing ذا by resting top teeth on the tip of the tongue.

You will find info telling you the meaning of it, the letters, the types and how to apply the rule with every letter of the letters of Ikhfa.
