"We know McLaren got 25.4 % exposure" - not just 25 % but 25.4 %. If you give an exact figure suddenly it becomes credible, isn't it? ;-) I love the way they avoid the word "money". No no, they are not sponsors they are partners. Lovely stuff to watch and to hear :)
Also notice how Ron Dennis never says "smoke" during his philosophical take on the Marlboro sponsorship. By the way, I miss tobacco sponsorship in motorsports.
McLaren's problem at this time was signing Andretti, who was a disaster. You can see his engine feeddback compared to Senna was that of a rookie. They should been more logical, & promote Mika to the seat!
I found it interesting when I was 12 years old Watching CART seeing the F1 World Champion sign with Newman/Haas and Michael signing with McLaren. Michael was a champion in CART, so it wasn't like he didn't have any talent. It's hard to setup a car for a driver who only flies in for race weekend, though.
I think by this point Michael was mentally checked out of F1, he and the Newman-Haas team helped develop the Ford XB Indy Car engine, so he had experience with technical feedback.

Kenneth Clarke sleeping in the middle of the afternoon. This is a man in charge of fiscal policy in the UK. Some things never change..

Never has a sticker on a car made me want to go and buy what the sticker on the car was selling.
14:41 this exchange between a blow in and a real racing driver in Senna
Massive contrast, right?

Curiously, Courtaulds went bust on early 2000's.
