If it goes live like this I will absolutely smash a modified speed farming build with this. I'm already doing a similar build in T3 without even any of all these buffs. I think it will get have to get nerfed though. This is so OP.
Hey! Interesting build! May I ask if you have considered using flickerstep in stead of your stormshifter aspect? In season 6 i got a double enhanced aspect, making it provide 500% extra ult dmg, but I could not find a suitable build for it. Is +5 to ranks still better?
Good question! I think that flickerstep can be good if you're really pushing, and evading all the time to proc the CDR (and because of our amulet we get multiplicative stacks of dmg every time we cast), but more testing is required. The actual additive dmg bonus is probably not that great (we have tons of it thx to the lightning bolt synergy), and I'd still recommend stormshifter for T4. But I need to do some testing these days for sure.
Build guide is more optimized. We switched to Maul because it's a reliable way to gain quickshift stacks. Every time we cast Hurricane or Cataclysm we're a werewolf, and every time we hit someone with Maul or Pulverize we're a bear. Pulverize is here mostly just as a spirit spender to activate Ancestral Guidance
In the current version of the build, there is no reliable way, but I'm already working on improving it by using the BacXan runeword which would grant guaranteed overpower. Stay tuned!
It has struggled to clear 100 on the PTR, but then again, I am working on a more optimized version of this build, and I will release the guide tomorrow. So with more optimization + witch powers, it will be clearing 100 for sure, but I wouldn't count on speed clearing it. It absolutely obliterates T4 content however.

BoilerUp cleared 150 with his Cataclysm version on PTR, he said it got nerfed a little but he found some other techs to get dmg back. You can definitely speed farm 100 with this but you might need to go for rune powers snapshot where you Cataclysm always crits and get bonus dmg for full duration.

Good question. Runes were bugged at the time in the PTR. However I would honestly still prefer primary stat as it directly contributes to our Cataclysm damage.
@@fallenmessiah3308 there is a new lightning bolt rune that will be absurd for s7 druid, def want to think about adding that one. Also i think the planner on max roll should be up and running now if you select ptr instead of live

How you get Overpower damage?
