@@icemanx2353 My thoughts exactly. True, Lindsey is a great violinist. But Taylor is, yes, mature and very lovely inside and out! She's so enjoyable to hear and watch. Taylor doesn't need to have a ton of makeup, crazy costumes, sets, 'dancing' or lights to be the best violinist and most radiant person. Her smile lights up the room :)
This song is great! I love it as I do most of your original songs! I would have loved to make it for the premiere, but working a typical nine-to-five kind of job I only really get to break around mid-day. :/
It is very impressive and relaxing, one imagines oneself running freely in the middle of a vast sea or in the. countryside on a mountain slope.

I love the counterpoints and the variations you added, like on 2:45. Even if your songs consist just of two 4-bar motives, they never sound repetitive. You are a great composer, Taylor!

I am sorry that I missed your premiere this morning as in the middle of exercising and the 10am ET didn't click. But listening to your song now was really powerful and it felt very Icelandic with your background music. Your editing is always spot on and compliments your music.
