Thanks for the question Heaven! Sponsoring spouse and children on freelance permit is ok but for parents you need to show AED 20k salary and a 2 bedroom apartment lease. The salary part cannot be fulfilled on freelance permit unless you have a job as well that is paying this much in salary already. Alternatively, You can go for an entrepreneur business license that will be arround 30% more expensive that entrepnuer permit, then hire yourself as general manager and keep the salary as AED 20k in contract (salary payment or bank statement not needed, only employment contract) and then you can sponsor parents but you also need a 2BHK (2 Bedroom-Hall-kitchen) apartment lease.
If structured properly, you get a proper corporate bank account where you can bill directly to client or use stripe from UK company and later transfer profits from UK Company to Dubai!
can we deal with global clients or only in uae ? also do we need an office, last question if I offer selvdevelopment advise ( I am a dentist but no certificate fo life advise consultation!!) am I eligible? I have contacted their Email and they never reply
