Since its something that "shouldn't" happen in a "normal" game, that might not be the case, but you'd probably still take 1k true damage and even with the at least 20k max hp you need to have for that to happen thats still a heavy blow
Some say with collector, expect to have 5% less health but only if it's 5% health left, if you mean collector does 999 damage, it does not, it's just visual style. Generally there are better DPS item than collector, unless if you go lethality. Look up The Collector
no matter how much they buff ADC's, they can still be one shotted by the crabs
