Longarm quilting--How to tackle wavy borders on a quilt

Sometimes a quilt is out of whack simply because it’s been handled a lot before quilting, which allows the fabric to stretch out of shape. You have been ssooooo helpful! I am a self taught piecer and long armer and needless to say, I have never had a “perfect” quilt😢. It’s helpful to know that people actual have issues with their quilts and it’s not just me😂

Are you not worried about the moisture getting down into your bobbin case?

Nope, it’s a very light mist and when steaming, I don’t do this near my machine. It’s dry by the time I stitch.
