I have mine recently so I used today for a wile but now said battery is low so I put the cable to charge and still not charging , somebody can tell me if is only mine or what is happening ?
I'm sorry that you are having an issue with charging your efile. Have you tried a different charger, to determine if it's the charger or the efile? I suggest sending a message to the supplier you purchased it from. Hopefully, they can resolve the issue for you 💜
It's been around 4months since I created this video, I was a little late in posting it. My drill is still working well, I use it only on myself, no issues to report so far 😍

I may be wrong with other sellers, but maybe producing replicas, which is causing the drills to break so quickly, like from Shien or Temu.

My bits won't fit. I've taken out the first piece, but I can't get the others to go in
Have you twisted the hand piece to release the bit, then once you have put your new bit in, then you need to twist it again to the lock position.
