After 5 long years of healing myself from a 7 year long relationship, i feel ready to love again. Ready to feel compassion and ready to trust in someone again. And yet, the more i look for a relationship, the more i feel as though i push them away. Ive lost my childhood friends due to a falling out so now its just me, my family, and my cat. The days are work, study, and workout and i feel like im making no progress towards re-establing life long relationships. Perhaps one day ill be able to come back and look at this post and say "it all worked out, it was worth it". But for now, all i can do, is look outside my window on this cool night, and dream that one day ill be loved again... Like how i was when i was younger.

Yeah I told myself the same things I've done my best to set things straight with toxic people and my self to stand my ground it was hard no one was listening to me so I had to do things myself, I'm healing up but let's just say evil manipulations had infectiously corrupted my mind I wouldn't want any other victims to be stuck and have to be peer pressured going through the same suffering I did.
Listened to this while going through something rough, like real rough. This helped me through all the stages of grief and then some. Really mean when I say thank you, and I suck at advice but if anyone else is going through something rough too. Don’t try to be strong, don’t bottle it up, just cry and know it will pass... I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting.
