- In this video I’ll discuss how we set up cameras for an interview. We use 2 cameras for filming our interviews so that it’s easier to edit the footage later.

Thanks for sharing.
This is very helpful.
thank u great video
very informative!
My thoughts with using a window for light, is if the lighting isn't consistent because It's constantly going from sunny to cloudy. Or early morning/later afternoon, the light is going to get brighter or darker (even with your main light setup) - which you don't really want as its better have full control of the lighting when filming.
I also used a similar a-cam/b-cam setup and the client didn't like it because the shots were too similar. I find setting the b-cam about 45 degrees to the left or right of subject (depending on which way they're facing) looks best
Excellent! Which cameras do you use?
I've noticed Netflix documentaries consistently break these framing rules for great results
Definitely! This setup is "safer" option , but you can experiment with whatever angles best fit the story.
Is there any video where you can suggest what all other framing options are available?
great video - what's the boom mic going into to record sound?
This is a great video.Did you the same camera and lens?
Can you use two camera, one full frame and one with crop sensor? and how to make them looking similar? thanks
Thanks for this video. But now a days we see a lot of podcasts being shot where the frames are sometimes close up, somtimes 3/4th and keeps changing between the interviewer and the interviewee. What's the best and easier way to do it including keeping the editing in mind ? Thank you.
What lense does Camera B have?
Hey whats the name of that small screen you use on top of the A cam?
what if you only have one camera starting out ??
How do you get the b roll clips from camera B to match the audio if your mic is connected to camera A?
Thank you to anyone that answers this for me
Once your Rolling, do a sharp loud clap. Both cams will pick it up and you can match easily in post
Do we need same camera?
how to use a phone for this?
How about setting up the camera for a straight piece to camera?
I’m a professional Speaker and about to start recording clips for my website.
There will be no focus on who is taking the interview? I want to have focus on both the person. The person taking the interview and the person giving the interview?
Can I shoot both of them from one camera like rotating my camera 120° each time when the other person speaks.
Or
Set up 2 camera. One for the interviewer and second for the guest?
Please let me know, thanks.
Is the person talking at the beginning (blue bg) AI generated? I've a bet on this. Please let us know!
Nope he's real, haha. I'm just awkward in front of camera
Ohh haha okay! No it lookes great!@@SpokenFrameMedia
Nice, but do not be that obvious with reading from your teleprompter :D.
Nice but the guy seem like a robot
Dis-orientate.
