She has good points but you can’t take advice about everything she says. Jumping rope is actually good to do when you aren’t working out. Fitness trainers would even recommend it. It builds your core, helps you lose weight, it builds bone density. Helps you live longer. It provides full body workout. So jumping rope is a great alternative!
Jumping rope is not good when you are over a certain weight because your knees will basically crush with the additional pressure… but it is good for all the things you said though 💪🏽

To grow , do the things to fulfill your life. Travel, have several hobbies , fine dine alone. Go to dating mixers , if there are none, develop one. Start a business. Learn a different language. Shes in therapy, create safe spaces for women.
