Yes. The original pulled my heart strings. Which is why I prefer this one more then 4 and 5, and I love P4 and P5 but P3 is extra special to me.

Ok but the SEES members having actual tactical gear over their school uniforms is SO FIRE!
Not to mention the cut ins are clean af! And everyone gets a finishing scene after an all out attack like in Persona 5/Royal
It makes so much sense too, P4 crew wearing just their uniform makes sense since they're a group of school kids in the countryside town solving a mystery rather than a student dorm under the employment of the Kirijo group tasked with stopping the world ending

I cannot stress my excitement. One of my favourite childhood games is coming back! I pre-ordered the second it became available.

@@ELI-ug4um new one will play when u get a "Player Advantage." Mass Destruction will play when u get ambushed or u have a normal encounter. Surprised u dont like the new battle theme tho, I think its a bop. I hated Take Over in P5R tho

Yakuza also started on Playstation but it was not popular like it is now till the entire series dropped on Game Pass and went multiplatform.

Looks absolutely amazing. This is the game that got me into Persona back in 2007 and saved me from my JRPG rut at the time. Still have that collector's set and artbook on the PS2.

Everything looks so beautiful. The battle themes and the characters 💯💯. I’m glad that I’m able to play another persona game, especially that is a remake since I didn’t play the original. 2024 is looking very promising for video games alike ❤.

The music on those last 10 or so seconds made all the memories from the original game rush back into my mind. Hopefully they do it justice.

While everything on display is a technical improvement over the original, I can't help but feel like they missed the point. Everything is brighter and flashier and I find it at odds with the original's atmosphere, which was the main draw of the game for me. It seems like they're trying to push Persona 5's DNA into everything they make since it sold so well. Persona 5 is a great game for different reasons, but I don't think mimicking it does any service to P3, thematically. Not to mention the obligatory launch DLC which I'm sure everyone is tired of at this point. I'm not very optimistic about this one.

PS portal is a scam, cant be used without wi-fi, cant be used from far away, always need the PS5 on to work, cant stream own PS games directly with it, had no bluetooth support for wireless so need "playstation link" instead whatever that is. Far too limited and clunky for $200

The only thing I can think about why you would say that is if you refer to the Xbox deal, where Xbox had marketing rights and the game wasn't announced for PlayStation yet but it was announced for consoles and PC day 1 on the Xbox Showcase.

Xbox seem to have marketing rights for Persona right now and seem to have some sort of exclusivity for a few days, which is why PS wasn't announced immediately.

I can’t wait for this to come out. The only Persona game I’ve played is 5 Royal and I was so obsessed with it I got the platinum so this is gonna be a day one but for me. I’ve also bought Shin Megami Tensei V but I haven’t finished it yet.
