- #cjmowing This is actually one of the first properties that we did for free before we ever turned the camera's on and started recording. People have asked if we have ever returned to properties that we've either done or who were customers in the past. The answer, "YES!" This particular guy who happens to be a Disabled Navy Vet - We first, mowed his lawn for free. Then, in the comment section, folks reached out and said that we should replace his flag.
We made another video where we bought and replaced his flag as well as mowed his lawn again free. In a recent Q&A, yet more folks reached out asking if we ever return to properties that we've done in the past. Here we returned yet another time and much to our surprise the lawn hasn't been done since the last time that we did it!

This veteran is disabled and more than likely doesn't have the ability (physical or mental). Its tragic that millions of vets go into that good night without continued love/help from neighbors and the community. When people have issues, they may not be able to ask for help - physically or even as "easy" as making a phone call. Thank you so much for returning to this veterans home and helping him ❤

Hello Everyone! Some people just simply cannot afford lawn maintenance. They are barely making ends meet. When I'm in a crunch; I have no choice but to put on credit and use the "extra money" at the end of the month to pay off the cc. A "fixed" income is just that and no more. Prices go up, services go up and taxes go up, but your "fixed" income stays the same or the ss people give you a below % than what inflation is really at! You guys are truly "angels" on earth helping others!🙏💝

I don't mind at all seeing the same residence done over and over. Especially for a disabled vet. I am so glad you think of him and have worked for him even if he cannot pay.
I tried to look up the lawn waste pickup map and saw that Ocala has a lot of recycling places. For all kinds of stuff. We got nothing where I live and you pay a pretty penny to use the local dump.
Casey, I am guessing you have a bit of hyperactivity going, you have so much energy. Watching you and Momma Trish keep going like the Energizer Bunny is inspiring. I am a few years older than Trish and I cannot even imagine doing all the work she does. Thanks for brightening my day.
I think it’s great that you pile it up on a green tarp and put it in your truck. Other UA-camrs pile it up in the backyard and mow and leave it so thick of grass clippings in the yard. It looks bad.

Actually, A family member of ours is trying to start a pressure washing company and when we do a lawn we will let him know which property we did and he will come in and do it for free. we're not sure when he will be up and running but it is in the making. Thanks for the comment.

Very pleased. Thank you. A second tarp was a good buy. You both work hard and often in different sections. Under miscellaneous you might play with, a person who cleaned siding once said that a $1 store cleaner, like Fabulosa or Totally Awesome could be used to clean roof gutter/trim. He would put it on somewhat diluted (spray) or even straight and leave it 10 minutes, rinsed off. No scrubbing, no fancy equipment and he said it would leave them sparkling. You could run your own experiments. Here, it might be a ladder and spray bottle? Looks like you are going for "every time a little bit more improvement" plan. Like seeing the progressing design recovery, space recovery and visibility recovery. Seeing the brick planter exposed as you trimmed the ferns, reminded me I have wondered if just a string mop, bucket and pool bleach (5 water/1 bleach) would make a viable low-tech application. Kevin Hansen ran tests once, (used a hand pump sprayer) and one to two applications alone, left maybe 20 minutes, removed a lot of problems. Enjoyed the progress and sharpness at the end and admired you working on as the sun was dropping.

I think it's very nice and kind of you to help people who are struggling and need help with their lawn. I'm disabled and know very well how difficult it is for people who can't do the work and don't always have enough resources to pay someone to help. I think it's wonderful that there are still some people who genuinely want to help others when they can and care.
