As a hemophiliac on hemlibra, I personally know that the half life is 2 months, 8 weeks. I can easily go 4 months on one dose of hemlibra without experiencing any hemophilia symptoms. You might want to check your science again. It's a better product than you guys expected and that truth needs to come out. If I can 4 months on one dose, then thousands of others can as well.
@@KOCMuH_PLAY hey, I have Severe A. I also had an inhibitor as a child. Hemlibra is a game changer for hemophilia. Big pharma is down playing the science to keep prescriptions high. We don't need hemlibra every week or month. Imagine living without worrying about hemophilia at all for 4 months!

@@KOCMuH_PLAY I totally understand. Been on it since 2018, just before the pandemic started. I haven't had any side effects that I have consciously seen. I would hope to put your fear at ease. The doctors won't give you a script for every four months as they don't really have any idea how long it lasts. They claim the half life is 1 month. It's actually 2 months, at least thats how it works in my body. The product works better than they are showing.
Thanks. So 300mg per once in four months is the present protocol you are following, correct. If you don't mind can you your weight. This information I asking is to start the same protocol for my son also. Here we are following the manufacturer recommended protocol which is not affordable.
@baijumani3863 that is the one I am following yes. It has worked great for me. But I always have factor on hand just in case. In the beginning I had break through bleeds at 4 months. My current weight is 170lbs. I have plenty to donate to you, be a shame to let a good product go to waste when others could use it.
@baijumani3863 honeslty, if it were my son, and money is the issue, I wouldn't go longer than 3 months. For his safety. I am so active, and it's always been smooth sailing until 4 months. But there is so much more i do than just take the medication. I have been working towards programming my genes for a few years now. Every year is better and better. I have told all this to my hematologist but they claim I am special case which makes no sense to me. They physically don't know why I am having such a positive reaction and they don't care unfortunately. I know the doctors would advise against this as they advise against it with me which is why I am giving you my experience with what I have been doing. I can tell you this for certain, the super smart doctors don't know everything. I am finding ways to reduce the amount of medication I take and still live a healthy and happy life, which means I am taking less of their prescription. They don't like people taking less medication. But clearly, I have shown them that I don't need as much to be healthy and happy and they don't care.
@baijumani3863 quick update. My script just changed. The script is 4 boxes of those 300mg. I am only taking two every 3 to 4 months. Again, please keep some factor on hand. It's better to be safe than sorry. I've been doing this for years and have developed a good routine. The doctors just don't like that it's working.

Hello, how long have you been taking it? What is the severity of Hemophilia? I now have a choice between factor 8 and Hemlibra.
