It’s what I tell people: “you know what’s worse than being poor in the USA? Being poor in a 3rd world country.” Folks don’t realize how much opportunity there is in the USA.
Much, much better to be poor in the USA than poor in a poor country. The opportunities in USA for a poor person to improve their situation are incredible. I know by experience.
Rafa's brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Noah for touching his shoulder, and letting him know it was okay. Compassion for others speaks volume to me.
Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.
Investors should be cautious about their exposure and be wary of new buys, especially during inflation. Such high yields in this recession is only possible under the supervision of a professional or trusted advisor
Not at all, having monitor edge my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping $473k from just the past two quarters alone, I have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market. I must say it's the boldest decision I've taken since recently.

As a European, I can confirm that starting a business in America is MUCH, MUCH easier than having it in Europe. You have to deal with local IRS, various VAT rates across Europe, a ton of bureaucracy. On top of that, having a successful startup is very tough, as the business climate is very "mature" and UNWILLING to accept new trends. Also, EU imposes a ton of regulations, so it becomes a nightmare to do something differently than the others, which basically negates EVERYTHING the startup culture is all about - making something in a better way.
Here’s a life changing moment: I was a young, newly married man helping out at a church garage sale the week of Christmas. Everything being sold were literally throw-away donations. A man brought his wife and two children in and told them to pick out what they wanted for Christmas. The kids went through the entire sea of “other peoples trash” with an indescribable amount of excitement. A year later I was in a third world country parked next to a set of condemned buildings that were full of people and considered their “projects”. The towns dumped all their trash at this location and, as soon as the truck left, dozens of small children, mostly nude without any clothes, would run into the piles to scavenge anything they could find before running back inside. This was all 20 years ago and I still think about these experiences daily.
I love that Noah puts out QUALITY content and more importantly interviews REAL millionaires/entrepreneurs and not all these grifters. Irritating how no one vets their guests.
Not true. If you’re blessed enough to be in the States, yeah. There are plenty of people who have those qualities but don’t have the opportunity to utilize.
@@LifelsGreat succeeding in life doesn't always mean making a lot of money. Yeah, life isn't fair but you need to make best out of it. Having a healthy body, life, family, relationships etc.
As an American I was under the impression that the "American Dream" was all an American citizen needed was a High school education to land a decent job and be able to work their way up the company/corporate ladder. With this income, they could afford a brand new $125k- 200k home and have a family on a single income. Retiring at the age of 62 with a good retirement/pension that is supplemented by social security. Now it's nearly mandatory that American citizens need at least a 4-year degree to get a non dead-end job, play the stock market, earn passive income, and have a dual income household just achieve this American Dream.
That was some really positive content there Noah! I was curious why the guy thought it was so much harder to start a business in Europe? Why is that? Regulation?
Also important is "Giving Back" which means doing things to help others when you "make it big." It comes back three fold! But finding the best way to do this is not easy, either.
And let me remid you that we are living in the DIGITAL AGE. Quit honestly in my opinion the best time to earn money all you have to do is sell a product to the public for a profit all while possibly never leaving your house. Keep it simple: work hard, stay healthy and active and save and reduce spending on things that don't bring value to your life. Watch more self help videos and apply that new found knowledge to your busy life.
I am always wondering how this "dream" can exist, if you can't even enter the U.S without a Visa? And not even living there / get a work-permit without having a Visa, or without a permanent residence - Or have enough money for an investor visa or anything like that. I couldn't just move to the U.S, open a company there and try to make it. Or am I wrong here? :D

Their median household income in the US is nearly double of white household income and they are also the most college educated community in the US.
This is nice but don't forget the survivorship bias. There are many thousands of other immigrants just like these who didn't make it, no matter how hard they tried. And instead of a dream they got a nightmare. A harsh reality, but it's a fact which everyone should take into consideration.
Once I told my mom in Kenya , if I am not in America, there is't anywhere else I would want to be other than my home,Kenya. America is not perfect but these immigrants represents what I really feel about America.......

Typical the one difference between successful and unsuccessful people is how they action their ideas. Most people get caught up in planning and the dream and fail to action aka failure to launch.
So sad to see millionaires who know the pain of poverty but when they finally have money they just buy expensive cars, huge homes or other non-necessities. Makes me lose faith in humanity.
America is special, and lot of Americans who were born here doesn't seem to know it. Sure it has some issues, but you can proudly say it's the best country in the world if you want to succeed
Necessity (desperation) is the mother of invention. Youth and good health help. At 64, surviving off SSDI, I don't know what to do. What skills do I have to offer that people would want to buy? I can hardly get around my apartment with a walker. Not looking sympathy, here, but I speak for millions who are in my situation. All my family is dead; it's just me. But I trust in God and am grateful I'm able to support myself and am grateful for all God has blessed me with. It is enough, but if God opens a window of opportunity somewhere, I'm LEAPING through it!!!☺️
The question was what did you do the rest of your life that you had no savings and are now on disability? Both my parents are your age and work. A lot of people work. Is there something that happened that led you that way?
@cocomarineblu993 Of course there was. MANY somethings. Who doesn't? Sometimes in life, dear, things happen that all of us are not equipped to deal with, have the resources or connections. Then there's always, "wrong time, wrong place ", right time, wrong place, right place, wrong time - follow me, dearie? But one must play the hand they're dealt the best way we know how. VERY few of us are fortunate enough to have mastered everything life has to throw at us without making a single mistake, but keep on breathing; you may just find out. Or maybe not. Here's to wishing you your highest good. And for the record, I did say I was grateful for EVERYTHING I have, including the ability to support myself. I thank God for all in my life, including the difficulties. God bless!!!
