Bearz G. For sure! I usually use the ones that are just shy of an ounce. They work well in the deeper parts of the bays but also in freshwater for bass when you have deep spots or drastic drop offs.
Really cool video brotha as alwasyy.. and with that pink jigpara I caught a few dink spotties but once I snagged a sting ray in the butt with it and bam that hook was bent haha any hooks you recommend g?
major craft has been around for years, but the spins are about 1 to 2 years old? the 7gram and smaller are fairly new. and i would recommend you calling around the local shops in your area to see if they carry them.
@@BearzG Thanks for the reply. Subscribed! What are some of your other fav models and sizes besides the 7g and 25g for the spin model? I mostly fish SDB and MBB rip rap and occassionally jetties.
Why do you use 8lb leader? Bay bass are not line shy. I use 15 lb leader and I catch a ton and almost never get broken off and I don’t have to re tie every fish. So why use such light line?
On yer swap meet lure challenge, you were using a small quick change clip. What brand is thet and where did you order it? There's so many of them it's over whelming>
Ive had that happen on the first one i bought at fred hall. I never looked back but i saw these new small ones. I had to try it haha. Blades are replacable tho.
Haha for my first catch i had my pliers in the trunk. Thought i put them in my pocket. But for the rest i had em in my pocket. Trust me. 80% of anglers ive ran into forget the most useful tool 😂
Still catching 3 lbs bonito in Imperial Beach starting to bite at 11:00AM
Nice. Wish i can join at that time. But i will be either mission or san diego Bay tomorrow
Love the videos like this, when your all chill, just describing everything your doing.
It's just more relaxing and enjoyable.
I've had one in my tackle bag for a long time. Got it in a MTB. Need to try it out. Thanks for sharing. Tight lines!
My buds and I have been using those things for a while. The lunkerhunt hatch spin is another really good one. They get bit!
I have used the bigger sizes, I've never thrown the 7g or smaller. Such good baits. Definitely a must have in your bag!

CHOKE’D IT
Your video is great man! I’m going to San Diego tomorrow! Can’t wait to fish at harbor islands!
Hey how's that cadence reel held up?
Super stoked to learn about more baits. Thanks bro! What’s your opinion on the hook you’d upgrade to on the 7 gram?
So far it hasnt bent yet but if i were to upgrade id go a size 10 to 12 owner 2x or 4x i forget which model but youd wanna match the size.
Have you ever used rattle traps in the bay. Maybe they can be your next challenge
Always love your saltwater fishing videos man. What about the 5k subscriber giveaway?
Working on it. Giveaway is only for instagram . stay tuned.
Good video man never tried one of those lures I'm going to now though
Love the video does anyone watch one of his videos then end up watching hours of his videos lol
Haha thanks man.
Np
good deal.. and nice of you to loan EPF a rod....
dope content as always~
How does that Cadence hold up to the saltwater
You shouldn’t tie braid strait to floro, because neither of them stretch, so when the fish hits the lure it is like hitting a brick wall
What is the alternative... two leaders?
thanks for the good quality in your video.
Thanks man!

What local tackle store(s) carries Major Craft lures? Not readily available online. Still mostly undiscovered, how long have these been around?

disliked for how you "release" the fish you caught, smh...
What exactly is your problem with the way he released his fish?
