Finally a new IAD update. I just traveled from IAD to CDG last week on Air France 777-300ER AF51. Air France only parks their aircrafts at A23/A25 gate and only uses the 4 class 777-300ER (not the 3 class like the one in this video). Phoenix just released F-GSQA which has the 4 class config so it would perfectly fit with your IAD Concourse A airport. Moreover F-GSQA was the 1st 77W delivered. They have also released F-GZND which has the 4 class config but it is almost out of stock everywhere.

Quite a surprise not seeing a lot of United aircraft for this IAD update. Dulles is a United hub. Unless based on the time frame you modeled there aren’t a lot of United flights.
