The Story of Trackzilla | BZI & Xtreme Manufacturing
Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- This video documents the process of bringing Trackzilla to life. Trackzilla pushes the limits of material handling capabilities. With a record-breaking 100-ft maximum lift height and forward reach of 75 ft, this telehandler is a game-changer in the world of heavy lifting. Xtreme’s first tracked machine tackles rough terrain with ease and can lift up to 50,000 lbs.

Yeah....okay... that is the coolest piece of heavy equipment I've seen in a while.
Well done !
Oh man! After running telehandlers, massive scissor lifts, and snorkel lifts I feel like a kid again just seeing that beaut! Can’t wait to see one in the wild!
Likewise
The thing is litterly massive!
One was just unloaded off a truck at BHP mine in Canada. 🇨🇦
I've been operating Skytraks & Extreem telehandlers for over forty years. This is the most awesome thing I've ever seen, would love to get my hands on one.
Get in line pal 😂
The perfect combination of skill and determination and dreams.
The YT algorythm struck again and now i am... Fckin impressed!
I also get to operate telehandlers once in a while, but in my case, its around a pretty small site with many obstacles and light loads.
After seeing this, i feel like a kid again.
Crane: needs special points to fix the hooks, ropes and other stuff
Trackzilla: Just grab it
Wow wow wow! Can't wait to get my hands on this beast!
Engineering aside, someone picked a great name!
Need a 1/50 scale model for my collection!
Beast of a zoom boom. 👌Mint
I worked at Gene industries. They had track boom lifts years ago. But you don't see them inventing anything like that. Like they said don't need Crain's just hope the operator's are well trained.
These machines would be so beneficial at the Hyundai Metaplant. You would not believe how many lifts I see stuck on a weekly basis.
i dont need one, got nowhere to put it, nothing to use it for but i want one
A lawn ornament!
Could be awesome if adapted to tree work
very cool!
Yeah it’s looks great. But what’s the SWL. U never say what it can lift.
50,000 lbs (25 tons).
2,000 lbs @ 100 ft of stick
4,000 lbs @ 80 ft
7,500 lbs @ 75 ft
10,000 lbs @ 65 ft.
Impressive number's there.
Oooo she’s pretty 👍
Would love a 1/16 Rc model
Amazing piece of machinery but the background music in the video is so distracting.
Yee yee
How is this telehandler work differently to a Franna mobile crane of the same lifting capacity?
It still needs a dogman for rigging the equipment for the job.
All the container cranes are now reach cranes.
Hermoso de verdad una máquina impresionante.
Saludos de chile
The machine is awesome, this video is horrific.
Hi
Love It

Sweden
How much can it lift
50,000 lbs (25 tons).
But at 100ft of stick, you are still able to lift 2,000 lbs, which is seriously impressive.
Cool piece. I wouldn't call it revolutionary. And it certainly won't replace a crane.
Don't need cranes anymore!?!? I'll show you what killing it looks like with a 90ft pine tree removal! You can fully extend the JCB boom, cut a 20ft palm at the bottom and walk it tonthe street. Whats this unit carrying full mast?
Stuff 15 times heavier than the pine tree.
@@OffGridInvestorStuff way heavier than a pine tree isn't a weight. Now if we use a reference like your mom, or these nuts, we can have a better estimate. Good luck with your 16in farm boss and wedges.
@@joshuapaul349 Downside being the 150k# transport weight not to mention 12' wide retracted..
@@jamesrussell6870 Haha that's for sure, people don't like a Toro dingo in their yard. My old boss would tear up people's yards including neighbors and somehow sell them all a 3k sod job.
I read somewhere 4000 pounds at 100 foot boom out. But I don’t know at what angle.
Saw this at Conexpo Vegas
Mahasiswa indo banyak2 nonton ini biar tahu perkembangan tekno.
The "music" is truly awful!
pretty.

Can it side boom? Ie turn the tracks 90 degrees and go sideways? Would be handy for piping works.
How much..?
Probably half a million or more
@@OffGridInvestor bet it’s a couple mill
2.5 million minimum
I’d have to steal one 😂

No you won't. They're battling to make good quality forklifts. I was on a lithium ion battery one. It undone it's own lugnuts and damaged the rims in 2 weeks.

They all just laugh until the first Trackzilla with its narrow chassis lies on its side after a decent gust of wind.
Yeah, at 17’ wide and 150k lbs, she sure is skinny.
@@chrisestill8825
Oh yes. That is a typical answer.
Look at 1:46 - you can see very clearly that this crawler with its 150 lbs and 17 wide has no chance against a decent wind load on the panel.
Americans have a tradition of taking a shirt-sleeved approach to these things and overestimating the capabilities of their equipment.
How was that with the giant crane named Big Blue, that collapsed under wind pressure due to a miscalculated pivot bolt? Them colleagues there were talking just as big as the ones in the video - before the crane collapsed.
ua-cam.com/video/ZXr1IeWbP10/v-deo.html
You seem to have no idea what torques can act on the chassis of such a device when the wind presses on the load at height.
Go and study!
@@pearlyhumbucker9065it can still operate in greater winds than a crane.
Remember bud, we are comparing this thing to a crane, that is what this machine is designed to replace.
@pearlyhumbucker9065 you have no God damn idea of what your talking about. Let the pros do the discussions on how big of a pile of crap this machine is.
but yet he sold his rental division to united rentals

Wrong…..it won’t replace cranes.
hello reseller in Sweden
Do some real videos of it working on a site, not this 2 minute nonsense .
Sorry Don but it’s not even close to a crawler crane with load radius, lifting capacity, or reach… it’ll look cute hanging of a hook when it’s stuck in a hole in the ground 🏗️
