I was in Tokyo, Japan in early 2003. Spent Christmas there. Very long flight from Toronto, Canada! Loved their trendy fashions, trendy electronics!! The shopping is amazing!!! So many cute stuffs, trendy hairdos. Both men and women dressed very impeccable, and the women are very gracious!!! Compare to the North American counterparts, we dressed very casuals!! The sushi are out of the world!!! Seeing Tokyo brings you to the future trends of everything you can think of!! Thanks Chris for bringing back the nice memories!!!

New big Hachiko statue with his ownr was built recently in Tokyo university , in the gate of Faculty of Agriculture where dog owner was working . At last Hachiko met dog owner. They held tight and embrace with full of happiness.

One thing I want to tell you and I don't see very much on UA-cam Chanel How beautiful Ginza is at Night with neons and that's where I used to hangout when I was younger... there are so many cool stores and restaurants and bars there too.

go to Ginza at night to see the lights and the buildings. was lucky to spend 1 month in ginza when I had to work there. so much energy in Tokyo and I swear it has the most resturants compared to all the world cities

And the story from Hachi actually makes me cry, when you watch the movie you will definitely leave a tear. Dogs are the most layout animals for people when you treat them right. No matter what race!!

It was the first time I heard of the sad Hachiko story. I was hoping you might mention or show my favorite club there Take Off 7. Nice to be reminded about coin lockers and Shibuya Sky. No leaf blowers, right? Yay. I usually stayed in Shinjuku. "Anime” is pronounced “ah-nee-meh,” not “an-ni-may.” Stay safe!

I lost my phone at Shibuya crossing 3 weeks ago. Went to Apple Store where they wouldn’t sell me a new one till I went to the police box and asked if turned in. The guy said nobody in Japan would ever take it. They’d see it and give to police. Lmao. Anyway. I went to the police box. Omg. Someone had turned it in when they saw it. I love the respectful personality of the people in Japan. Completely amazed ❤❤❤❤

When you going back to Cambodia man. You should revisit the donut lady. And also go to other part of Cambodia that you never went to like battambang , kampot, koh rong, sihankokville. Seem like your trip was short when you was there. If you do go back. Should reach out to Cambo vlog who live there for a collab.

Yes so true! I found it quite affordable overall, I just feel like we are used to things being dumb expensive in the states! Only thing that I found expensive in Tokyo was accommodation
Are all these within Shibuya…. ? Thanks for sharing!! Edit to add: what I found is that Tokyo is HUGE. One info said “suburb of Tokyo” so I thought that should be close enough. It is 2 HOURS ride to get there 😮
The phonebooths are mostly for emergencies like you drop your phone, out of charge but you have to call someone type deal. You also want to maintain landlines in case of some catastrophic event and cell towers get knocked out, nice to have a backup communication line in a country prone for natural disasters.
I visited Paphos Cyprus 🇨🇾 last summer. A wonderful city with friendly people 🌞 The beautiful Old Town and Seafront Promenade will look amazing once their completely finished their renovations!
