Hi Simon, got any cocktail sauce for that gorgeous shrimp or do you prefer a garlic and butter sauce? LOL! Just kidding but it does look good enough to eat. I've watched 4 shrimp ties today and yours is very good. I have to tye that style for crawfish imitations with or without the claws, something I've wanted to do since I saw people tye shrimp, with or without sauce ;-). Question, is the laser dub similar to ice dub and slf prism, just longer fibers and maybe not as sparkly as slf prism?. I've never used the laser but have the ice and prism dub. The prism is beautiful and I know ice comes in a longer length for minnows. By the way congratulations on your full time tying at the shop. Hope all works well for you although I will miss your frequent posts. Those shrimps seem to be the pattern of choice for the sea trout. Tight lines my friend, maybe some day I'll fish for them too!

Hi Joe, haha cocktail sauce for me! The laser dub is quite like wool in its consistency, only with a few ice dub fibers in it to give it some glimmer but it's really dense. Good for backs on shrimps and streamer heads. Thanks, yes I am really happy about the jb even though I now have less time to post. Seatrout pattern n°1. Hopefully, I can go sometime too.

HacklesAndWings I like mine both ways! yeah I thought the senyo was like wool. I read it was antron in a long length fiber, I have some antron clothing and it feels like wool, without the odor. He's got some cool products and awesome steelhead flies. Glad you're doing well, hope you're able to find time to fish. take care.
