Dubbing loops with crosscut zonker strips are way easier.

What is the gape measurement? I want to make sure that it is within our hook measurement regulations before I start tying half a dozen hooks!
The hook gape on the size 4 is 1cm
Can I use ice wing fiber in place of ripple fiber?
Yes I'm sure you can. I like the ripple ice fiber as it's stiffer and the rippled structure will give more volume
