- Breadfruit is one of the most famous and exceedingly delicious food around the srilanka..there are various way to cook breadfruit like boiled,baked,roasted,dried and ground into flour..it contains lots of nutrients such as protein,carbohydrates,types of vitamins,calcium,iron etc..when you will eat breadfruit you will have those nutrients with an amazing taste..
A passion fruit drink also added to this video.leaves of passion fruit also can be eaten as mallum or sambol.it has a power to reduce stress,blood pressure and risk of cancer.
Get close to the nature..That is my only wish

My cats also eat green grass found in leafy vegetables. I buy tender grass specially for them. Kittens are enjoying on window. They are beautiful. I m sure they are naughty. They like to experiment with all things. Your house, garden is beautiful. Indeed blessed by God to live happy and peaceful life amongst Cats, plants, trees unlike we people in Metropolitan cities.
