I don’t know where you are located, but at my local store they are sooooo short of help the Christmas items still in boxes are sitting in the aisles……..the store is very busy and the employees are so over worked………I traveled about 10 miles to visit another store, again not enough help. I don’t know what they pay but for sure the help does not stay long. I’m located at the eastern end of Long Island in New York…..
They do not pay competitively enough and they expect so much out of their managers they literally want them to run the whole store by themselves that would also include being the cashier if the cashier doesn't show up.
