Arthur smith wasnt good in Atlanta. Not good in Pitt. We need a Ben Johnson type OC for Justin Fields. Likely Russ and Justin both return. Justin is the long term guy. Russ is short term and helps mentor fields to undo the 3 years of damage done by bears. Steelers know Justin is the long term answer. He is still young.
Tomlin is a cool dude but right now he’s Marvin Lewis 2.0. They haven’t been competitive in a playoff game in years and if you think about it the ones they won in 2016 weren’t that impressive.
