Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

Just bought a 2013, which is really the same car. This review is very good. I like the accuracy and details provided. My Miata is Copper Red Mica and is a joy to behold in the bright sunlight. It gets very good mileage and the ride is acceptable. My only real complaint is the tire noise. On a rough road they roar like they are made out of plastic. The trunk is small and fills up fast at the grocery store. It still has enough space for anything that I want to put in it. The Bose stereo is loud when you want it to be and sounds great at lower volumes. I particularly like the bass. Thanks again for the review.
Just wondering how you like the seats --- like after more than 2 or 3 hours? The seat backs seem extremely hard, like there's practically zero padding. Considering a 2014 GT version with leather seats, but I wonder if I wouldn't end up hating the car after an all-day road trip.
I have driven mine every day for over a year. The seats are sling type seats, after a while they move/change to the curves of your body making them adjust every time you sit in them. I have never had a problem with my seats at all. They are small but comfortable. I have not had a problem with my car except the battery went dead. AAA go me going in about 45 minutes. My car is a lot of fun. I hope your buy your 2014 and enjoy it as I do mine.

that engine in my opinion is one of the best sounding NA 4-cylinder engines I've ever heard. That induction sound is just amazing
All the people complaining that it looks "old" must not have experienced owning cars. Not every model is constantly being refreshed for every flipping model year, especially slow-selling sports cars.

Hands down the most in-depth review of the NC Miata that I've seen. Side note: the soft top has a usable storage shelf behind the seats with the top in the up position.

I know this video is 9 years old but I wanted to give you a thumbs up. I recently purchased the exact same MX5 except I got it in Liquid Silver color. Great car, a lot of fun and maybe the 'best' MX5, of course I"m biased!

Great, informative video, just wanted to make a correction. The NC Miata soft top had an aluminum trunk lid, but the PRHT had a steel trunk lid.

Had my 2013 for a year and a half, last two months as a daily driver, it’s sweet! It’s a really nice car! Mine is the exact same, but silver metallic over solid black……
Love this car! Had a 92 and had a blast! No complaints xcept can't sleep in one at a truck stop since the seats don't recline horizontal...guess the hood will do though ; )

Just got a 2012 with only 36,500. LOVE IT. If you like to drive this is it. All the thrills. Corners are awesome! I looked at Porsches and the BMW Z4. Sure faster, but where exactly are you going to speed so much? This car FEELS fast. I keep looking down like Whoa I need to slow down....but I'm at most 5-10 over!!!! paid 22K. Yeah nine years later and the car dipped only like 5K. I don't want electronic S*it in my car. This is SIMPLE. I may just have this car until I die. They are so reliable. I'm looking forward to NOT shelling out $$$$ and nothing says I'm not driving everyone everywhere like a two seater.

I heard coolant reservoir crack are issue and ac compression leaks?

My grandfather bought one brand new in 2007 with the soft top. The soft top was brown and the color was copper red.
I prefer the Club....but I love all the features of this one.....rare to find one of these with a manual tranny.....I find they are mostly Automatic.

An emergency brake? I've never heard it called this before. Parking brake of hand brake. Incidentally, don't be alarmed by the apparent low oil pressure at tick over; it's not actually a pressure gauge but gets it's data from the EMS.
Wow great review. Ive got a mint 2006 with aftermarket wheels and sports exhaust in metalic grey. I feel like Im trying to discribe my girlfriend because incase you havent driven one-trust me, theyre simply great little cars. My previous car was a Jag xk8 and I love this just as much.

I own a 2012 NC2 Mx-5, and it doesn't have telescopic steering column. I believe no Miata has telescopic steering adjustment. Other than that, good review.
