    Yes, we do it all the time. We use the DSA4 mount which handles 3 of the T4 tops and allows vertical adjustment of the splay angle. We have some pics we can send you, email us and we will shoot you what this set up looks like. The height we have used in nearly 96" to the bottom box....and is fairly secure and safe.

    actually, it does not rattle the truss..the concept is to get the low end to penetrate out into the event as much as possible. You can only do that with subs in the air. Ground stacked subs are blocked by bodies in front of the stage and seating or standing area, thus the use of flown subs allows for low end to be projected further into the venue

    Hi there,
    I currently have a T4 rig with the S20 subs. Have you done a comparison between 2 x S10 and a single S20? I am aware they are a different type of box but I am considering adding 2 S10 subs in the future. On paper 2 of them should produce more spl than a single S20 but I would just like to know if you could point out any major differences?
    Any help on this would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!
    Chris

    I would think that this sub is slightly "better" than the QSC KW181 sub. This sub is dB pro line of equipment. The cheaper dB sub 18D is a better comparison. But the dB subs are bandpass units and the QSC is a bass reflex so they will be slightly different in response.

    Chris, sonically the S10 and S20 sound the same...output wise 2 S10 has same power as a single S20 , but the S10's is 139db and a single S20 is 138dB output max SPL. The 1 db is not going to be noticeable to your hearing or mine for that matter...we have a mixture of both and the S10 compliment the S20 wonderfully. If you are in the US call us for pricing. thx !

    Would it be possible to groundstack 2-S10's with 3-T4's on top with a polemount ?
    If so, what would be the max height to the top T-4 ? And would it need the flybar on the ground to stabilize this configuration ?
    Thanks

    Have you ever done an overview/review of the 4pro 8004 sub?

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  7 років тому +1

      We will soon, but they are big and have not taken any local delivery on them for customers, only have drop shipped to clients and customers, however, they all LOVE the 8004's

    Hello. There exists a great difference of performance between this model DVA S10 v/s sub18d of the same brand? Being both of 1000 watts rms I am undecided to buy. He would be grateful for his orientation with regard to the differences. Thank you.

      Both are excellent subs, but the S10 has more features than the SUB18D and is a bit larger enclosure. The S10 can be flown as well and the power amp is same as the DVA line. If you are not going to be in the DVA line with your other speakers, the SUB18D will most likely be your best bet and value.

      Has S10 the same amplifier that sub18d?

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  10 років тому +1

      No, S10 is a step up from SUB18D amp

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  10 років тому +1

      The S10 amp is 1000W but a different type than the SUB18D. The S10 will outperform the SUB18D since the speaker and amp are upgraded from the SUB18D

    do you think you will ever do a review on the RCF TTS18A

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  6 років тому

      Most likley not, as we don't get a lot of inquiry for the TT line in general. The TT line is amazing and we own roughly 35 boxes of varying systems, it is awesome gear, just at the top of the price point, but this is tough stuff, sounds great and is true touring gear. they are coming out with a MK2 version of the TTS18 here in the US soon.

      are you aware of any reviews and or demos on tube, thanks for the rapid reply

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  6 років тому

      no, but with that said we own 8 of the TTS36A subs and 8 of the TTS26A subs...they are amazing...wait for the MK2, it will be killer...around $3500 or so street price in USA i would figure maybe a bit less

      well the thing is i own 2 of the subs, and i want to get the full potential out of them. they sound amazing, but i like too make sure I'm getting the most out of my investment. that being said id like to make sure that the application I've been using is correct and can i or should i use my drive rack with them.

      either way, you can use the on board processing and link out t your tops, but a separate feed in unity volume and phase is the best way to feed them, aux fed or sub group fed and send only the instruments to them that need to have sub content. that will keep the rest of the mix nice and clean.

    are they better than the rcf 4pro 8004-as and the 8006-as?

    • @trinityprosound
      @trinityprosound  8 років тому +1

      +Shivanand Gunness no, the 8004 is more powerfull than S10 and configured different in cabinet. 8006 sub goes lower than db S20 and has a bit more power, S30 sub better for rock, etc.

    Hello. The amplifier of audio power of the DVA S10 specifies internally nominal current of 1.9 To for a voltage of 220 volts. If the law of ohm says that P=VxI then 220x1.9 = 418 Watts. Since then since is it possible that it provides 1000 W RMS? I possess one and want to acquire the second one. I disarmed and saw in his interior the module amplifier when I disarmed the bafle and it has the above mentioned specifications in his interior (I=1.9 -- V=220) Thank you.

      The amp is 1000w RMS on the sub...it is a SMPS type power supply and digital amp. You most likely are looking at ⅛ power rating of the amp as is typical with most nominal ratings.

    Too much money for the subwoofer I do not pay for it
