A Segway Ninebot Max. It’s nice! Top speed of 19 mph, folds in half and easy to carry (~40 pounds) and store. I’ve got 1000 miles on mine as of today and I couldn’t be happier with it so far.
I loved mine and done a few long trips but the lack of suspension and low stop speed kinda create a hazard in city driving. Ended upgrading now im selling it.
Maybe it’s the years of cycling but I personally feel the brakes are great and that it rides fine without suspension. I’m hoping for a couple thousand more miles on it! What’d you upgrade to?
@@bybikeboston1334 I ride in nyc i feel like the roads are x10 worse i also run at 50 psi to avoid flats. On longer trips my feel would hurt I was going to add front and rear suspension and an external battery but the cost of that was near 700 i got a Daulton eagle pro for 900. The brakes on the max were great i adjusted it so the drum does most of the work and i changed the software so the regen kicks in a bit harder when braking but 0 regen when coasting so i get more range.
@@bybikeboston1334 just make sure you check your version before you try. if you regularly install segway updates it wont work. I have 5k miles on mine so there is no warranty to worry about.
Fellow MA resident. Thanks for sharing and keep up the nice work.
I think you made a wrong turn on the way back
I edited the video non-chronologically...
How long is your commute??
What make/model is this scooter? It seems to have decent speed and portability.

Oh shoot - yeah NYC roads are pretty bad.
Also nice idea on the software - I might give that a shot once my warranty runs out
