A few weekends ago I went for a long, 18 mile, hike at central Michigan's Pickney Recreation Area. The trail is named the Potawatomi trail, and its a relatively hilly but beautiful trek through the quiet forests of Michigan. On this trail, you'll see tons of lakes and little streams. If you go early enough in the spring, at least in my experience, you'll have the entire place to yourself.
Again, keep in mind the Potawatomi trail is fairly hilly for the region, so bring plenty of water because you'll be more tired than you'd expect from this one!
In this video I went with the format of trying to be as quiet as possible, while still offering up some details about my hike and about the trail itself. I wanted the center focus to be the beautiful trail, though.
